    Just then, President Narlyev walked into the underground hall, nked by a group of people.


    "Everyone is here."


    Narlyev scanned the room and nodded at Fang Heng, "I have something important to discuss with everyone. We''ve just learned from the Book of Greleng that Jealousy was once sealed by the ult Society. The sealing artifact used to weaken and bind it is a tool called the demon binding chain, and the book provides detailed instructions on how to create it."


    "However, remaking the demon binding chain requires several special materials, most of which only the Conservatives can produce," he continued.
