Chapter 3591 Meeting Aila

Davis heard the melodious voice of the petite young woman with long, flowing pink hair that fell in loose waves around her face.

She hovered to him while the cloudy cloak around her neck appeared like cotton candy swayed along with her movements.

Her almond-shaped eyes were a mystical amethyst color that pulled one in to the depths of her heart, and draped in a soft pink silk dress with intricate red cherry embroidery, her outfitpletely matched her hair essory adorned with delicate silk flowers.

She looked like a fairy out of a painting, her presence able to cause everyone around her to be breathtaken. However, his anarchic presencemanded much more attention, inducing tension and nervousness in their hearts.

He could see everyone was worried about Fairy A Cherryweave, afraid he would do something to her.

"Divine Emperor of Death. Forgive my ignorance, but can I know for what reason you are here exactly?"

    The Cherryweave Family''s Patriarch asked.

Davis looked at this pink-haired man who was the same height as him. He knew the Patriarch was Fairy A Cherryweave''s father.

"I am here to respond to the letters sent by Fairy A Cherryweave. I wish to speak with her alone and bring a closure to this situation once and for all for both of our sakes instead of dragging it further."

"I am here to respond to the letters sent by Fairy A Cherryweave. I wish to speak with her alone and bring a closure to this situation once and for all for both of our sakes instead of dragging it further."

    "We…"

The Cherryweave Family Patriarch''s expression appeared a bitplicated as though not knowing how to deal with this request.

"Don''t worry. I am a soul body, so I am unable to do whatever you imagine I might do to her."

    "…"

The Cherryweave Family''s Patriarch wryly smiled and hesitantly nodded, "Alright, I''ll arrange a room for you two to speak about it privately, and I hope you can consider our plight."

"Patriarch, you''re too disrespectful. Didn''t I say how many chances the Divine Emperor of Death had to take me, but he never once nced at me or touched me?" Fairy A Cherryweave red at her father.

    "…"

Cherryweave Family''s Patriarch closed his eyes as though he was sick of hearing his spoiled daughter''s excuses. What she said could be real but also maniption, and even if he exined the maniption part to her, she was still adamant that the Divine Emperor of Death was a gentleman and didn''t interact with her in any harmful way.

He was unable to convince her that marrying the Divine Emperor of Death was not good for her life.

Nheless, seeing Davis nod, he reluctantly took him inside the estate despite hearing numerous objections from the Grand Elders surrounding him.

    "…"

The guards who belittled Davis stood there frozen, unable to believe that the purple-robed man was the Anarchic Divergent himself.

If they hadn''t held back and been rude to him, could it be that they might have brought a cmity to their Cherryweave Family?

Just thinking about such a scene made their legs go limp.

Davis was taken inside a mansion and his brows raised as he saw a vibrant red-robed woman who was simr to Fairy A but her height was five feet nine and her bosoms as huge as A''s.

"So you''re the Divine Emperor of Death who has misled my daughter." N?v(el)B\\jnn

That woman narrowed her eyes at him, exuding hostility, "What nonsense have you indoctrinated inside her mind for her to be this adamant over you?"

    "My natural charm, perhaps."

Davis smiled, looking not at all perturbed by the hostility.

"Laura, please don''t make this messier than it needs to be."

    "…"

Hearing her husband''s words, Laura Cherryweave red at Davis before she looked away.

"Please don''t mind." Fairy A Cherryweave came closer to Davis, her expression apologetic behind her veil, "My mother is like me— saying everything thates to mind."

    "Oh, so you are self-aware."

Davis looked intrigued, causing Fairy A Cherryweave to blush lightly.

He nced at her mother, unable to believe how hot she was with her figure and voice oozing out with that maturity he recently feasted on from the fire trio but the Patriarch soon blocked her from his sight, causing him to inwardly smile.

Clearly, the other party found out that he was checking her out but that didn''t evenst two seconds, so Davis guessed the Patriarch was afraid that he might escte the situation in the name of punishing her.

Everyone was afraid to meet his gaze right now, and that was no different for Fairy A Cherryweave''s father.

Still, the Patriarch put on a brave front and led the two of them to a guest room and stood there.

    "You can leave."

Davis suggested, and Fairy A Cherryweave also gestured at her father, causing his expression to churn. It seemed like he would not be able to remain here, so he clenched his teeth and red at Davis.

"Divine Emperor of Death, whatever you do, don''t make a mistake."

    "…"

Davis remained silent as they stared at each other.

After a few seconds, Cherryweave Family''s Patriarch left the guest room, leaving Davis and Fairy A Cherryweave all alone.

As soon as the Patriarch left, Davis''s expression turned stern as he stared at Fairy A Cherryweave.

"What do you think you''re doing, ruining your reputation left and right by sending me letters and still pining on me like an obsessed woman?"

"…" Fairy A Cherryweave smiled brightly.

She raised her hand to remove her veil but it was unexpectedly caught by his soul force.

"You think this is a game?" Davis narrowed his eyes, "Even if you''re serious, you are bringing much harm to yourself if I decide to reject you and from then on, people will only know you as someone whom even a evil man rejected. Do you want to be stuck in such a situation?"

"No, I don''t because you will ept me." Fairy A Cherryweave seemed calm.

Despite being only at the height of his chest and having to look up to meet his gaze, she appearedpletely calm, not shaken by his words.

"Wha- you''re daring me right now?" Davis moved back and couldn''t help but chuckle before he pointed towards the exit, "Do you think I will not be able to step out their door?"

"No, you can." Fairy A Cherryweave reached out her hand and shook her head, "You will step out of the door easily as I don''t think I''m that important to you, but you won''t."

"And why exactly is that?" Davis raised his brows in an unamused manner.

She knew she was not that important to him, yet why would she im something like that?

He wanted to know what drove her to such straits.

Fairy A Cherryweave''s veil abruptly melted, and it glowed away with pink motes of light. She smiled sweetly.

"It''s because the Divine Emperor of Death adores me~"

    "…"

Her sweet voice and beautiful face with extreme adorability caught Davis off-guard as he turned speechless. Only two secondster did he heave a breath full of soul force and appeared unamused.

"You think I have read your letters?" His lips curled in derision, "I haven''t read a single one because I was busy with cultivation making love with my women. And here I am using my soul body instead ofing to meet you with my main body, cking sincerity."

    "…"

"You haven''t gotten a single iota of attention from me, so don''t you dare think I adore you enough to be willing to cut a portion of my heart and give it to you."

"But you will~" Fairy A Cherryweave giggled.

It made Davis clench his fist as he felt like his words were not reaching her, causing him to take a step back before he shot a cold look at her.

"You are delusional. If you keep this up, then you''ll ruin your own life, so don''t me me for coldly rejecting your advances. I love my women more than anything, but you''re not one of them. That''s all I have to say, so stop harboring wishful thoughts and more importantly, your family cares about you a lot, so don''t you ever betray the goodwill and sentiments they have for you."

    "…!"

Fairy A Cherryweave''s gaze finally shook, causing Davis to finally smile.

His words finally got to her stubborn soul. He could see that she cared about her family very much. If not for a straightforward woman like her, he imagined she would be camping out of his city in order to attract his attention.

"If you have any self-respect, you will stop this nonsense once and for all."

    Davis dered.
