    "Return soon," she said as we separated. "Don''t worry, I will be home by night," I said and kissed her temple, before disappearing.


    Today is an extremely important day; for the first time in thousands of years, someone is going to make a breakthrough into Primary II, not just gain its power of it.


    She had it.


    Jill was making a breakthrough into Primary II, and she had asked me to be present there as her protector. It is a great honor.


    I will have to do the same thing for Ellen, who is making the breakthrough five dayster in a different ruin. They are making a breakthrough, but I am far from finished creating my inheritance.


    I have also not reached the limit, though; I am close.


    It is hard for people like me, who do not have ess to source energies like those with powerful inheritances and bloodlines. Which makes them advance fast.


    I walked out of my house and disappeared. A secondter, I have appeared in front of a small, but beautiful manor.


    "Lord Zaar, thank you foring. We are very grateful for the favor you are doing to us." said the middle age maning toward us.


    "It is no favor, Lord Chalice; Jill is a friend," I said to which he smiled. "We have already made all the preparations. With your appearance, we can now leave for the ruin.


    He took me inside where there are already five Grand Lords waiting, three aside from Jill and Matron Mavis.


    There is also her family, I greeted them, before shaking hands with William, Jill''s brother, whose eyes are filled with desire as he looked at the Grand Lords around him.


    Once upon a time, it was fortunate to have one Grand Lord among them. Now each supreme has at least seven of them and the Hawthorn Sea has ten, officially it is only seven.


    "Have you adjusted it?" I asked Jill, "Yes," she said and turned to Matron Mavis. "Let''s go," said the old women, and the formation appeared under our feet, and we disappeared, appearing in front of the ruin-breaking formation, which is already ready.


    Jill''s family is noting; they are not strong enough to survive even for a second if something went wrong.


    "Seal your powers," said Lord Sylvian to all Grand Lords as we walked toward the ruin-breaking formations.


    We stepped into the ruin-breaking formation and entered the delicate tunnel, which was as fragile as paper. We could easily tear it apart if we are not careful.


    It had been years since we have stepped into a fragile spatial tunnel, which is not only weak but also slow. Our artifact''s ruin-breaking gate is amazing; the tunnel is strong enough that even Grand Lords will have to attack with all their power.


    Thud!


    A little more than a minuteter, we stepped into the ruin and familiar spatial and temporal energies hit me.


    There aremon in these types of ruins; they are on the edge of the world. Where the world could not do much to suppress these things, which is good for us; it gives us elerated time and a lot of resources.


    Though few people dare toe here; as this type of ce could easily kill the Grand Lords.


    This is why these ces were only visited a few times across centuries and only by those in dire need or at death''s door.


    "This is Cargs ruin, very important to our organization," informed Matron Mavis, while the energy of Jill covered the Grand Lord more densely and she activated her stealth method, as we moved.


    It is on my list, and I am going to visit this year; I have nearly visited 90% of the ruins. The rest is 10%; I nned to visit this year; I have a goal to visit all these temporal ruins with Marina before we leave.


    As we move through it, I looked around; the spatial rifts and temporal energy aremon, but aside from that, the ruin is different.


    It had a far denser amount of water and earth energies than other ruins; marches are everywhere and so are dangerous monsters; to most of them, we are invisible, but still sensed us and jill finished them off.


    The three Grand Lords watched everything in awe; with their power, they could never dare to step into his ruin.


    Matron and Sylvian Chalice are powerful, but not as much as Jill. Though they have the ability to take the step that Jill is going to take today, they will be ready in an around decade.


    Three hours passed when I sensed a different kind of energy.


    I thought this ruin was not suitable for Jill to break through, but now sensing it, I am taking my words back.


    "Have you sensed it?" asked Jill to which I nodded, while the three strained their senses to sense it.


    "It is a ce found by my predecessor. It is also where she made the breakthrough," she informed, referring to Ramona Hawthorn.


    A few secondster, we stopped at the mouth of the hole.


    "Micheal, will you protect them?" asked Jill, "It''s no problem," I said and strings came out of my hand and formed a secondary armor around three Grand Lords and Lord Sylvian.


    Lord Sylvian is strong, but it is the abyssal fire we are dealing with and since he does not practice it like Matron Mavis and Jill, he will need to be protected as things are going to get dangerous.


    Which is why Ashlyn and Nero appeared on my shoulder, for extra security.


    Seeing them protected, Jill jumped into the hole, followed by Matron Mavis, and then us.


    As we jumped into the hope, immediately I felt dense abyssal energy, and the deeper we go, the denser it would be, and also wider.


    We have fallen for a minute before I was able to see the abyssal mes below; aside from jill who keeping falling toward the mes, we all changed our direction; those mes are dangerous. Getting caught in the will have dangerous consequences.


    Thud Thud Thud!


    A few secondster, wended one after another in a very dangerous ce. The energy from the mes is so dense here that if I let go of the cover, the three will burst into mes.


    Thankfully, there were no monsters; there are a few closes that have developed resistance, but not in the ce where we are, it is threatening even to them.


    "All clear," I said to Jill, who looked at me from the center of the mes.


    With me giving the signal, she walked through the abyssal mes and appeared on the open spot, and took out a multicolored crystalline ball.


    Buzz!


    She activated and a few secondster, it became a floating sphere, inside which she had entered. It is my breakthrough formation, which ruins what she had manipted to amodate hers.


    I had asked her to use it and she agreed without hesitation.


    With her using it, it will be even stronger. I need to make, as many breakthroughs through it as possible and thankfully, I had already secured some promises.
