Chapter 912 The White Rose Discipline


    The White Rose agents were frozen in ce as they saw the Superintendent team arrive. No longer were they concerning themselves with those that had escaped, and Gary and the others had already made it over the walls anyway; the only person that could catch up to them was the Chief Constable.     Yet, even in the presence of this man, he didn’t move. The head of the Superintendent, the disciplinary department within the White Rose, was present, a man known as Adam Law. He wasn’t overlyrge or had a strange body shape like that of the other constables.


    If anything, he was quite small in his frame, with his bald-headed appearance obscured by a peaked cap colored ck and red like his uniform. He stood upright, but the presence of him just being there was felt by everyone.


    “I am here for one reason and one reason only; I am here to perform my duties as the Superintendent. There are those in the White Rose that I have concluded need to be punished!” In Adam’s hand, he held a cane, which he didn’t use for walking but always had it in his presence. After finishing his sentence, he mmed it on the floor.”


    In doing so, a clean hole had been made in the ground the same size as the cane. The area around didn’t crack; only the small hole had been made.


    Adam Law was the Superintendent, the head of the disciplinarymittee in the White Rose. They were there to punish the White Rose members for any wrongdoings that would ur from within.


    In some cases, some could think of them as an HR team thatpanies would have. Only, because they were dealing with those in the White Rose, this team needed to be incredibly strong.


    Even in government offices around the world, there was always a fear when the White Rose organization was built up. What if someone was able to obtain this power for themselves? It wasn’t umon for some governments to be in the hand of gangs in the first ce.


    So couldn’t the same happen for White Rose? In an organization asrge as this one, there woulde times where there would be those that would be corrupt. Officers that turned to look the other way, and even being a part of misdoings themselves, maybe abusing their power.


    Even their White Rose needed to uphold their ownws that they were enforcing on the people. Which is how the disciplinary team came into ce. They were not involved in any regr cases on the outside.


    Their only role was to punish White Rose members if something was found, and in the White Rose bases Adam had just as much power as the Constable, a man of trust, a man of true justice.


    “I understand that you might want to punish these people, but now isn’t the best time; we have to get the escaped prisoners now!” Theodore shouted.


    “The prisoners are not of my concern,” Adam answered. “I only deal with the White Rose disciplinary measures. It does not matter to me how many escape, and I think you have something wrong, something very wrong.”


    Lifting up his cane, it was pointed directly at one of the Chiefs, it was Chief Jones. A man that was in the courtroom when Gary had his trial, as well as the one that made sure nothing went wrong in his trial.


    “What?” Theodore said, confused.


    “There is a grave matter of injustice that has urred, that must be dealt with. Chief Jones, as well as several others, have been implicated for working with the Phoenix Gang. All of them will immediately be taken in for questioning.


    “It is a shame that something has been going on for so long in our base.”


    Chief Jones was stunned; he was unsure what to do; his heart felt like it was ready to jump out of his throat.


    ‘How… how did they find out… we’ve been working with the Phoenix Gang for years, but nothing has ever happened. Is this because of him?’ Jones went to look at Kanu who was on the ground.


    At the same time, Kanu was d that everything hade through. In his position as captain, it would be hard for him to investigate those above him. On top of that, who knew how high this went.


    It wouldn’t be a surprise if one of the Constables was working with the Phoenix Gang. The only people he could rely on were the disciplinary team, but again with his position, it was hard to look into things.


    So there was one person Kanu could trust, and that was Chief Hiru. Someone who had beenpetitive with Kanu from day one, wishing to rack up achievement after achievement getting to the top.


    With his disliking for Kanu, he didn’t know if Hiru would help him out. It looked like he came through, and with enough evidence to get it so the superintendent will act.


    “Involved in this investigation and important witnesses of information are Kanu, Elijah, Frank, and Sadie, so no one is to harm them until the investigation is done, and since I have seen you harming Captain Kanu right now, I will have to bring you in as well, Theodore.” Adam imed.


    “Have you gone crazy!” Theodore shouted. “They were helping the prisoners escape; what did you want me to do?”


    “I wasn’t here at the time. All I can see is that you are harming an important witness right now, and I will make sure to make note of this in my ongoing investigation.”


    Theodore clenched his teeth, with things having gotten to this situation there was nothing he could do, there was nothing anyone could do, but allow for things to y out.


    ‘It will be fine.’ Jones thought. ‘Our positions are important to Sin; he is a King; he can do something about this and get us out. After the mess is cleared out in Slough, he will help us.’ Jones thought as the disciplinary team took him in.
