Chapter 993: The Third Entrance

One should never fight an unprepared war.
The intruders made the mistake of not understanding the situation in Twilight City before barging in recklessly. In the end, they were taught a painful lesson and suffered devastating losses.
After the day ended, these yers also started preparing their homework.
From 1 am to 8 am, there was seven hours which was more than enough for these yers to prepare.
yers were all over the online forums going through and discussing this matter.
Because these yers didn’t have the Twilight City’s maps like Wang Yu and the rest, they really needed to spend time researching and analysing. However, instead of figuring out a proper n, these yers started scolding each other because of their individual differences.
This world is indeed a mysterious ce.
As the scolding got more intense and everyone simply wanted to go to bed, a post appeared on the homepage of the forum.
Incredible Scoop – Twilight City’s Map, the essential handbook to attack Twilight City.
The appearance of this handbook attracted all the furious yers over.
F*ck! Just when everyone was cracking their heads to figure out Twilight City’s map, the appearance of this map at this timing was truly like sending charcoal in snowy weather.
Hence, everyone couldn’t help but click on the post. In less than twenty minutes, the number of views of the post surged to the top.
Once the yers clicked on the post, they cursed again! The post was actually charging a fee just to browse the map in it.
Even though the fee wasn’t high, one gold per look... We are in the age where scammers thrive so nobody is willing to be cheated.
Of course, this was only applicable to ordinary yers. To yers fromrge guilds, one gold was never going to be a concern for them. Moreover, only one person needed to pay for the map and he could share with the entire guild. Therefore, nobody felt the heartache paying for one gold.
For example, a major guild leader like Extravagant Riches was more than willing to pay the gold for everyone in his guild to have one copy of Twilight City’s map.
Even though the map was slightly blurred, it was better than nothing.
After theserge guilds analysed the map, they realised that there was a third route into Twilight City. Soon enough, the sky was bright and the armistice period came to an end.
yers who didn’t sleep throughout the night forcefully raised their own spirits as they started their second wave of attack on Twilight City.
yers who didn’t purchase the map went in via the same route like a headless chicken just like the day before... It didn’t take long for them to be killed as well...
yers fromrge guilds who bought the maps and after yesterday’s experience, they were currently extremely familiar with the terrain of Twilight City.
Dusk Swamp had a forest which would allow for an easy ambush while they could be easily led on at Dusk Forest. Additionally, there were high-level monsters in that area which made it the ssic ‘easy to defend, difficult to attack’ terrain.
Although Dusk Canyon was slightly wider, it wasn’t as hard to fight there aspared to Dusk Swamp. However, the dense Dusk Forest behind was like a human-devouring monster as it was the most dangerous ce.
It was true that the American troops were incredible but weren’t they forced to go crazy after fighting the war in the forest with the Vietnamese... After all, this was still Twilight City’s home ground and with such an advantage in the terrain, nobody dared to court death in this manner.
For this reason, all therge guilds from various major cities started gathering at the Dark Faction’s camp. They were all nning to attack from Dusk Mountain Range.
Ultimately, Dusk Mountain Range was incredibly tight with the Dark Faction so nobody would predict that they would try to enter from there.
Moreover, these big guilds were not idiots. After yesterday’s painful lesson, they understood how the ambush at the two other entrances worked and how frightening it was. From the rate at which their yers were dying, it was clear that the enemies outnumbered them in that area.
Twilight City’s total strength was once announced before the start of the war. There were only around 300,000 yers.
Without considering yers who went offline to hide after receiving the quests, there were at least over 200,000 yers guarding the two entrances from yesterday. By removing those yers who stayed in to guard the city, how many people could they even deploy at this entrance?
After a series of deduction and analysis, everyone arrived at the Dark Faction’s route.
If it were during normal days, the yers from the Dark Faction would have pounced on all these Light Faction yers. This time, however, was a very unique situation. Most of therge guilds of Light Faction were here and their numbers were clearly many folds more than them so it made sense that no one dared to cause trouble.
This gave thoserge guilds even more confidence as they barged towards the foot of Dusk Mountain Range arrogantly.
Captain Don’t Open Fire was leading his men in cutting down the firewood as he received news from Fearless, “Be careful, there should be a few people at your area by now.”
“Really?” When Captain Don’t Open Fire heard Fearless’ words, he looked over from above and almost cried out when he saw the scene.
Summing all the yers from thoserge guilds, there were almost over one million yers.
Over one million yers? Captain Don’t Open Fire looked over and there was simply no end to the yers gathered at the foot of the mountain range.
“You’re really ying a prank on me, right? How is this a few yers? This is basically their entire force.” Captain Don’t Open Fire’s eyes were filled with tears.
None of them came yesterday and all of them were here today. How insane is this?!
Fearless smiled, “I think it’s alright... It is definitely their entire force but Twilight City’s fate lies in your hands now. Do whatever I told you to!”
“I got it!” Captain Don’t Open Fire nodded his head decisively.
While Captain Don’t Open Fire was conversing with Fearless, those yers arrived at the entrance of the valley.
Looking at the mountain range to enter Twilight City, all the yers came to a halt.
“This terrain... I don’t think there will be an ambush, right?”
Damn it! This ce actually looks different from the map.
On the map, this ce was empty and there was no indication that there was a valley here. Everyone thought that this was a wide entrance.
However, the entrance of this valley was exceedingly narrow and it was even easier to defend and harder to attack than Dusk Swamp. At that moment, everyone was slightly hesitant.
Nobody was a fool and even a child would know that death was inevitable if there nted an ambush here.
Just when everyone was hesitant as to whether they should move on, a morous sound could be heard from the crowd.
“Not good! yers from the Dark Faction are starting a fight with us!”
“Everyone, run!!!”
“F*ck! The Dark Faction’s yers?! What to do?!” Hearing the news from the yers behind, the yers in front panicked.
How could they not panic? They were indeed acting ostentatiously bying out from other people’s main city earlier on.
This was still the turf of the Dark Faction. With the existence of technology like the teleportation formation, it wouldn’t take long for the Dark Faction to gather their forces here.
One must know that the two factions were like fire and water. Both parties would look at each other as experience babies to kill...
After the yers from Light Faction stayed here for such a long time, it wouldn’t be a surprise that the yers from the Dark Faction grew frustrated and fought back.
