Chapter 410: The Tragic Fall of Namek

“0541, now that you have some energy, do you think you can make me some Energy Crystals and Elemental Water?”

That was the most important thing to Jiang Fei.

“Affirmative. Materials needed are adequate for production. I can start manufacturing them now!”

“Make me one of each first!” said Jiang Fei. The potion effect cannot be stacked. Having more would only be a waste. Plus, if manufacturing other things would require the same material, he would have to start to search for more. Might as well just make one for now.

“Production of Energy Crystal and Elemental Water has started. Estimatedpletion of order should be three hours,” said 0541. Items that Jiang Fei requested required the use of individual factory andb, hence the time needed for production. Potions were easy enough to make as 0541 could easily whip out a few truckloads of them in just half a second.

    “Alright, time to wait then!”

Even though waiting has never been his forte, there was nothing he could do to speed up the process.

In that three hours of waiting, Jiang Fei conversed with 0541 about nothing and everything. 0541 was the genius product of Namek, there was almost nothing that 0541 did not know.

Even in the wild outdoors, Jiang Fei was able to log into the game. However, he was in the middle of the field then. Entering the game would force Jiang Fei into a deep slumber. Jiang Fei did not want to have insects of critterse crawling into his body.

“Right, you mentioned something about Braveheart being the pinnacle of technology of Namek. Such a ship, like Braveheart... Just how many of them are there in Namek?” asked Jiang Fei.

“Braveheart is a Deep-Space Exploration and Civilian Transport Ship. There was no other ship like it.”

“It cannot be. If the ship was so powerful, Why didn’t they built more of it? Could it be that you just didn’t know about other ship’s existence? Perhaps they built more of them after you left Namek?” said Jiang Fei condescendingly. If the ship was as wless as 0541 had said, why build only one?

“It was simple. When Braveheart set out into space, it was a means of escape. In that crucial seconds, only the captain and a few other crew members were onboard the ship. All the rest of Namek and its inhabitants were destroyed when the copsed,” said 0541 monotonously without any sadness or grief.

“What happened?” asked Jiang Fei as he got onto his feet. It was a piece of jaw-dropping news. How could a with such an abundance of technology be destroyed? How was it that out of billions of inhabitants of the, only a handful of them managed to escape. They had even perished mysteriously in Earth’s atmosphere and even crashed the ship!

“Technology was the catalyst to both progress and destruction,” said 0541.

    “What does that mean?”

“Resources was scarce and the scientists hade up with a n to use the power of spatial singrity and harness its power for the use of the people.”

    “Singrity?”

“A ck hole. When the scientist was conducting one of their experiments with an inb generated ck hole, they had failed during the containment of its infinite gravity force. It happened in less than a fraction of a millisecond. The Hawking Radiation that was released from the ck hole had instantly killed every living being that was in the experimentb. One millisecondter, the ck hole consumed every bit of matter within a ten-kilometer radius. Within seconds, the ck hole grew to the size of a baseball and all of Namek had already been destroyed. The captain and the crew members were already on board the ship, preparing for a test phase and were in a safe orbital zone when the entire incident urred. Other ships that were in close orbit to the were unable to escape the gravitational pull of the ck hole.”

“Oh my god... So that’s how an advanced perished...”

Jiang Fei was thrown off track. He had thought about the destruction and other causes of it but never because of a failed experiment.

“Perhaps there were other survivors who were in the cosmos when the incident ured. Perhaps they were safe and sound. However, by now, I have calcted that the massive gravitational pull has already consumed alls within the system itself. Naturally, all the space colonies that were in orbit around the star system has perished.”

“Even colonies... All those people had died...”

Jiang Fei cringed at the thought. Imagine how they felt when all they did was rxing at home when a powerful force dragged them to their deaths. No one from Namek would have known that it was the fault of a few scientists that had caused the destruction of the!

Jiang Fei continued asking many general things about Namek and before he knew it, three hours was up. 0541 then informed him about thepletion of Energy Crystal and Elemental Water. At that point, Jiang Fei felt a little lost. Usually, 0541 was always hibernating. Now that it was able to remain active for a longer time, Jiang Fei felt d that he was able to talk to 0541 and get to know about its origin. It was like listening to a sci-fi story!

“Right. Can I have the potions please?”

It did not take long for Jiang Fei topletely put the things about Namek at the back of his mind. The Energy Crystal and Elemental Water were far more important to Jiang Fei as they would literally give power to Jiang Fei.

Jiang Fei then took out two bottles from the ring’s inventory. One was transparent and the other was a pale yellowish fluid.

“The yellow one would be the energy system activator and the transparent one would construct the energy cirction,” 0541 exined.

“Right, I’m supposed to drink the yellow one first?” asked Jiang Fei. Even though the name was Energy Crystal but it did not resemble anything of it in the game. However, Jiang Fei was already used to it. Almost everything that Jiang Fei took out of the game never retained its original look.

    “That is urate.”

    “Here goes nothing!”

    Gulp!

Jiang Fei had prepared himself to taste something horrible but little did he know that that the potion tasted sweet with a hint of sourness. It was simr to citrus juice but a little less fruity.

After drinking the potion, Jiang Fei could immediately feel its effect taking ce. He could feel energy flowing and circling around his central qi. After a few moments, the energy spread out to all of his veins in his body.

Fifteen minutester, the feeling subsided. Jiang Fei jumped around and tried a few kicks yet there was no difference.

“Hey... is this the real thing?” asked Jiang Fei as he rolled his eyes.

“This potion constructs pathway for the energy to flow. There has to be energy in the first ce. It is like giving you a car with no fuel to drive. What do you use the car for?”

“Well, I can show it off to my friends!” said Jiang Fei as he rolled his eyes again. He understood what 0541 meant. The yellow potion had only created a pathway for energy to flow. What he needed to do next is to consume the transparent potion to create energy cirction. That way, his body could generate energy forever!

    Gulp!

    BLERH!

    “What the hell?”

At first nce, Jiang Fei had assumed the transparent potion to be tasteless. However, after gulping the entire potion down, Jiang Fei felt sick because it tasted like a mix of vodka and whisky.

He began to feel a burning sensation in his throat all the way down to his stomach. After that, he cleared his throat and every breath he took after was smoother. As if all the airways were opened wide for easier breathing.

One moment after that, Jiang Fei felt something. After consuming the transparent potion, he felt the effects of the first potion again. This time, he could feel the energy inside him starting to spin clockwise. It spun continuously and Jiang Fei could feel something else in his body.
