With a loud stomp, a huge leg came forcing itself out of the portal. A pair of hands reached in from the other side and grabbed the corner of the portal, forcing it open with brute force.
“F*cking hell, that’s huge!” Jiang Fei squirmed as he took several steps back.
Like a godziing out of a small cave, the giant got itself out of the portal. However, as soon as it revealed itself, Jiang Fei calmed down immediately. The “giant” was just a slightlyrger version of a regr Yeti.
“Tsk. I’m stupid to scare myself like that,” said Jiang Fei to himself.

Note: An unknown magical beast created by an unknown force. The ruler of the Yeti folks.
“Bah. Another weakling,” said Jiang Fei casually. He immediately lowered his guard as soon as he had examined the Yeti King’s stat. With the Dragon’s Bane in his hand, the boss would not be a boss but a fragile piece of tofu, ready to be skewered.
From the stat and footnote, Jiang Fei had deduced that the Yeti folks were not much of arge race. He could even dub them as an endangered species since there were so few of them. Their king was only an intermediate Lord tier! There was no Yeti there that was higher than that.
“Explorer! You must kill him!” cried the elderly Yeti.
“Traitor!” the Yeti King roared as soon as it heard that and lifted his legs to stomp the poor soul.
“Nephilim! I have no issue with your race, why would youe to disturb the peace!?” the Yeti King bellowed after he stomped on the old Yeti.
‘Ohe on, don’t me me for that. If anything, it’s the developers’ fault!’ Jiang Fei thought to himself. Without wasting time to debate with the Yeti King, Jiang Fei activated his Demon Morph and shot himself toward the Yeti King.
“Hmph! Pesky little bug. Don’t get too conceited just because you are a Nephilim! I shall kill you nheless!”
Contrary to what the boss said, when it saw Jiang Feiing at him with the sickle in his hand, he involuntarily took a step backward because of the sheer pressure Jiang Fei was emitting.
“Time to die!”
Jiang Fei attacked the Yeti King mercilessly. As long as he could stack Ruthless Barrage, he would be able to kill the boss with a single use of Dragon’s Bane.
“GUAH! HAH!” roared the Yeti King. At the same time, the boss started to counterattack. Jiang Fei was in his Demon form, with more than 20,000 Defense and Lifesteal effect, Jiang Fei was as tough as steel. No attacks from the Yeti King could even make a dent on Jiang Fei.
In a blink of an eye, Jiang Fei stacked Ruthless Barrage to its full potential and hurled the Dragon’s Bane.

With a single tick of damage, the Yeti King was defeated.
“I-I can’t die... Not yet...”
After the cliche dying speech, the Yeti King perished as its massive body fell into the snow. He had greatly underestimated the power of the tiny little spear that was pierced into his chest.
“Pipe down. No one wants to hear the same old speech of a dying character. Don’t waste my time,” said Jiang Fei as he walked toward the corpse and pulled out the spear. After the boss was killed, it was time to wait for the cutscene toe in.
“My master! Avenge me!” cried the Yeti King out of the suddenly before dying for real this time.
“Ding! Questpleted! Congrattions forpleting the second Title Challenge Quest! You have obtained the title: Elite Explorer!
“Who dares destroy my toy?” roared a voice that came from amongst the clouds in the sky.
“Another one?”

A pir of green light came down from the sky and a man in ck robes walked out of the light pir. As he waspletely shadowed by the overlyrge robe, Jiang Fei was only able to tell that the boss was a humanoid type being.

“Welp. I’m f*cked,” said Jiang Fei after he saw just how terrifying the new boss was. The spear in his hands could be used but the risk was too high.
“A Nephilim?!” Grimm gasped as he saw Jiang Fei standing next to the fallen Yeti King.
“Ehehehe...”
Jiang Feiughed awkwardly as he could not pretend to not know about what had happened to the Yeti King.
“Nephilim! You have destroyed my ything. What are you going to do with this?” said Grimmed as he crossed his arms, not disying any intention to fight. It was an odd behavior indeed. Jiang Fei felt like the new boss was just a regr man that was slightly upset with his “ything” being broken. Perhaps Jiang Fei could get away with it by offering something in return? A quest perhaps?
“Brother! Stop that. You’re scaring my boyfriend,” said Isabe as she walked up to Grimm and gave him a gentle p to his crossed arms.
‘What just happened?’ Wondered Jiang Fei as his jaw dropped.
“Is that you, Be? The Isabe? The Princess of the Royal Nephilim?” Asked Grimm, surprised.
“That’s right! I’m here with my boyfriend to do a quest!” said Isabe as she returned to Jiang Fei side’s and clung onto his arm like a ko.
“Ah... hahaha...” Grimmughed bitterly.
“Ehehehe...” Jiang Feiughed awkwardly at how the situation had turned.
“Oh well...” said Grimm after he removed the hood and smiled.
“How disappointing this is... Afterpeting with Ignis for so long, only to find my cute little junior falling for someone else.”
“Brother Ignis...”
Both Isabe and Isabe were saddened at the mention of Ignis.
Judging from their reaction, Jiang Fei pieced together what he understood and concluded the rtionship between the two.
Grimm, Isabe, and Ignis were once fellow students when they were studying Shadow Magic with the Nephilim King. Grimm, like Ignis, had once sought after Isabe. However, due to the sudden assault from the Light Faction, Isabe had perished. However, under various circumstances involving Jiang Fei, Ignis was sacrificed to revive Isabe.
Right now, Isabe was lovestruck with someone he had never seen before. Just like that, Grimm hadpletely given up on Isabe. Although he was saddened by it, it was not the-end-of-the-world level grief.
“Oh well. I guess I’ll just let this slide since...” said Grimm. He wanted to finish the sentence but it only reminded him of Isabe.
“Brother, what are you doing?” Asked Isabe.
“What does it look like I’m doing? I’m forgiving this imbecile!”
“Not that... I meant, what ARE you doing?” said Isabe.
“Oh. I’ve been researching and studying magic. With that said, I’m a very busy magician. I’ll take my leave now,” said Grimm. Right after that, he vanished in a pir of green light. Seeing Isabe happy and well made Grimm feel relieved but in the end, he could not let go of his feelings for her. Especially when another person had already stolen her heart. Not being able to stand the sight of it, Grimm decided to leave before he changed his mind.
Alone, Jiang Fei and Isabe headed back to the Yeti vige.
“Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah!”
“What the f*ck?”
What sounded extremely wrong turned out to be cheering from the Yetis. Jiang Fei heart sank for a moment before he realized the truth.
“Ding! You have defeated the Yeti King! You are now the newly elected King!”
“Ding! Congrattions for bing King of the Yetis. You have learned the Language of the Yeti.”
“Ding! As King of the Yeti, your Reputation Level with the Yeti has increased to Admire!”
“Ding! You have defeated the previous Yeti King and saved all the Yeti folks. All female Yetis’ Reputation Level has increased to Infatuated!”

Just as he was starting to feel happy about being able to finish the annoying Title Challenge Quest, he was bombarded with system messages. When Jiang Fei read thest line, he shuddered frantically. It was the one thing that he wanted to avoid. The only thing that Jiang Fei wanted to skip. s, the system had awarded him with females Yetis. There was literally nothing that he could do except to ept the fact that his nightmares have be real.
