    Jiang Fei had that thought in his mind for quite some time and as he swam through the sea, the curiosity inside him was blowing up. 40 minutes into the journey, his curiosity got the better of him.


    “Argh, might as well open it and see! I would be failing the quest, but it won’t matter as I can farm more Reputation easily!” said Jiang Fei as he gave up and took the box out.


    He opened the box and took out the letter. At that moment, he had second thoughts about it but still, not knowing what was written in the letter made him even more curious!


    Pshh!


    He tore the letter open and took out the paper. At that moment, he was relieved. The letter was opened and there was no turning back from it. Even the quest notification had popped up telling him that he had failed the quest.


    “What sort of stuff is written in here,” said Jiang Fei to himself as he sat down on the ocean floor and unfolded the letter.


    “What the hell?! Thank god I can read Ancient Elvennguage!” Jiang Fei roared as he finished reading the letter. It was written in Ancient Elvennguage since the Naga race was once an ancient Elven race themselves. After he had read the letter, he was angry.


    It was a letter that was written for Mirage’s close friend and perhaps, lover! The content of the letter was about Jiang Fei. In the letter, Mirage as described Jiang Fei as a little feisty Nephilim man that was both attractive and alluring. Just so happens that the new Queen of Naga was still single during her ascension to the throne. Mirage wanted Astraea to see Jiang Fei and “test” him. If Jiang Fei passed the “test”, Mirage and Astraea would get together and give Jiang Fei to the Queen!


    Unlike themon society, the Naga was ruled and governed by females. It was only natural for them to have more than one male partner. In this situation, Jiang Fei was going to be wrapped up and fashioned into a gift for the Queen!


    “Crap! This is not the oue I’d expected!” said Jiang Fei. In a fit of rage, Jiang Fei tore the letter apart and scattered the pieces of paper onto the ocean floor.


    Although he wanted to be as close as he could to the Holy Altar, he did not want to be wrapped and fashioned into a gift for the Queen. It was beyond reasonable!


    “I cannot forgive that snake! F*CK!” Jiang Fei roared. Since there was no one around tofort Jiang Fei and advise him, Jiang Fei stormed back and barged into Mirage’s office without anyone stopping him.


    “Oh! You’re back. That’s very fast of you,” said Mirage as she failed to notice the burning rage in Jiang Fei’s eye.


    “Hmph!”


    Jiang Fei scoffed and tossed the now empty jewelry box on her desk.


    “Oh.. My my... You’re being a little naughty here,” said Mirage as she smirked yfully instead of owning up to her mistake.


    “Enough, you dared to plot against me!” Jiang Fei roared.


    “My my... There’s no need to be so feisty there,” said Mirage as she walked slowly towards Jiang Fei and gracefully caressed his face.


    “Get your scaly hands off me!” Jiang Fei snarled and shoved her hands away. Even though he did not want to admit it, her hands were soft and smooth. Despite being an Overlord tier NPC, Jiang Fei was still throwing a tantrum at her.


    “Are you still mad? Hmm... The Queen will like you very much. Even if she doesn’t I’d still like you,” said Mirage as she wrapped Jiang Fei with her long tail and rested her face on his chest.


    “You-! Didn’t you want the information I have about the Merfolk?” said Jiang Fei. When he was still clouded by rage, he had failed to notice that Mirage hadpletely wrapped around him. He could not even move his hands!


    “Hah. My silly little Inquisitor. Of course, you would know about them. You were sent here by that foolish little Elric! Isn’t that right, my little baby doll...” said Mirage as she yfully pressed her fingers and traced around Jiang Fei’s chest. Although she revealed her knowledge of Jiang Fei’s identity, she was not angry. On the other hand, she was expressing an emotion of desire.


    “Shoot!”


    Jiang Fei was stunned. He had never thought that the Naga knew his identity. Or perhaps they had a spy in the Merfolkmunity!


    “My handsome one, what more could you say for yourself?” said Mirage as she could not help but rub her face against Jiang Fei’s cheek.


    “So... It seems you have only been ying with me... My feelings...” said Jiang Fei on a whim. It was then he realized the reason why she would always send Jiang Fei far away for her quest. It was only a prank!


    “Handsome one, let us not dwell in this matter. If only you weren’t being a curious littled, I would have spent more time with you...” said Mirage. Jiang Fei was confused. However, he could not help but feel like a butterfly trapped in the web of a spider!


    “You-!”


    Just when he was about to speak his mind, he had realized that she was too powerful. However, there was always a way around with a girl like her. She might have something nned for him. Right now, he was trapped and there was no way to fight out of this. The best move now was to y along with her.


    “Let me go. I have something to talk about with you,” said Jiang Fei softly.


    “Oh my. I’d never known that you had such a gentleman in you! However, I don’t hate it.”


    Since Jiang Fei could easily fall for her trap, Mirage did not worry about Jiang Fei could do to her. Gently, she uncoiled herself and let Jiang Fei go free.


    “My Lady Mirage, are you perhaps, with a man?” said Jiang Fei.


    “Oh, my sweet little handsome one, aren’t you a little greedy to desire me? What’s the matter? Did you want to have a moment with someone else before you are with the Queen?” said Mirage as she chuckled. It was considered as the norm since female Nagas were open to having many partners.


    “Couldn’t you tell me?” said Jiang Fei as he pretended to be desperate.


    “My my... I am but unbound by any. Although the time we spent together was short, I would not mind having you with me. If you want, I can even have you tonight!” said Mirage as she yfully circled around Jiang Fei whilst tracing her finger around Jiang Fei’s body.


    “Anything but that! Perhaps, I could still be of service to you. In exchange, please do not send me to the Queen. That is my offer,” said Jiang Fei.


    “Ho?” Mirage held her steps and faced Jiang Fei directly.


    “Very well. I ept your offer. However, you would not be leaving my office!”


    What Mirage wanted was simple. She would only y with Jiang Fei and treat him like a jester. As long as he remained in her office, he would not be able to do anything! Until the day she had enough of him, Jiang Fei would not be able to do anything against her!


    “Thank you, Lady Mirage,” said Jiang Fei with a smirk.


    So, he would be trapped with Mirage for some time. So, he would be forced to do some quest that he might not like. However, as long as the quest increased her Reputation level, the day shalle when Mirage herself would be begging for Jiang Fei to stay with her! Until that dayes, Jiang Fei must remain strong!
