    "Guns and Knives worked together to achieve such a feat. Without my leadership and, of course, our members'' obedience and their undying loyalty to the guild, we wouldn''t have achieved such a miraculous win. It was all thanks to the guild working together."


    "Yes," Isolde agreed. But she insisted, adding, "But it''s also because of World Conqueror. They helped us kill the Boss. We wouldn''t have gotten First Blood if it weren''t for them."


    "World Conqueror?" The reporter looked over at August Gambino and asked the most obvious question that everyone wanted to ask, wanting to get an insight into the drama for views along the way. "Serius Alvarez posted a ck Notice about World Conqueror. Did you know about it?"


    Augustus''s boomingughter echoed like his thundering voice, "Ahahaha. Yes, I know. I know. But in the end, who''sughing now?"


    Ren''s lips rose at Augustus'' reply. That was the kind of answer he expected from a gangster family. They were not afraid to make enemies -- that was for sure.


    Ren watched the daily news on his widescreen, unable to contain the smile on his face. Watching with his phone wouldn''t allow him to see a clear view of everyone''s faces.


    "Aren''t you worried that it would make your rtionship with the Alvarez Family go south?" the reporter continued.


    "Bah! The rewards we''ve got from ying the Boss havepensated for that loss, if ever." Augustus took a whiff of his Tobo, and the smoke he released blurred the screen. "We can pull our weight in the real world. The Gambino family aren''t scared of something like a ck Notice."


    "So does this mean that you will continue to ask World Conqueror for their services in the future?"


    Isolde stole the mike and answered readily, "Yes. We n to clear dungeons and acquire wins with their help."


    "Some said that Guns and Knives are weak for asking the help of another group."


    Isolde merely smiled with overflowing confidence. "I don''t need to answer that. Our number one spot will do the talking."


    Very good. Ren nodded in agreement with Isolde''s answer. An exnation was useless in the face of envious hearts that only wanted to see them fall. In the end, only the results mattered.


    After the interview with the Gambino Family, the news was pressed to another angle.


    "Beatrix of Ferocious Ravens stepped down from the leader''s position this day. ording to the rumors, she was kicked from her role because of the series of blunders she had made, starting from their rewards that got stolen after the first guild war.     Ren pressed on and paused when something caught his eye. It was a talk show, and the topic was their group.


    "Dungeon records are extremely important for a guild''s development. No matter how famous a guild name is, it would simply not exist in the eyes of newbies. How could they establish their name towards new yers and advance their guild? It is through dungeon records and the leaderboards. These are all undeniable reflections of a guild''s strength."


    "But all of these top guilds were turned into a joke, proven evident by the appearance of a World Boss. They were defeated by a group of mercenaries that called themselves World Conquerors. And possibly, in the future, whoever this group helps would obtain the record."


    "So what does this tell us?"


    "It tells us that we either need to have enough money to employ World Conqueror or be content being number two."


    Renughed at the news. That was exactly where the future was heading. A series of notifications from his phone grabbed his attention, and upon seeing them, the smile on his face stretched even more. It came from different guilds and yers, asking for World Conqueror''s services.


    Ever since the World Boss'' defeat, World Conqueror had been flooded with all sorts of jobs in the game.


    However, his smile disappeared when he caught something on the forums when he swiped to another news. It was a rey of Evie at the time with Jibblinplip when she was casting [Butterfly of Deceit] and [Phantasmal Distortion].


    Since World Conquer was a hot topic both in COVENANT and in the real world, their identities were, of course, criticized as well.
