    Chapter 895 Unforeseen Affections

"Egh? Pam, what are you doing here?" Elena asked, her voiceced with bewilderment as Pam suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

"What did you do?" Ren inquired, his gaze shifting towards Pam with suspicion.

"And what did you throw at Azazel?" Evie added, her expression remained stoic.

Pam felt a weight settle in the pit of her stomach as she grappled with the consequences of her actions.

How could she have been so careless?

How could she have let her own fears and doubts cloud her judgment in such a critical moment?

As she looked around at her friends, their faces etched with a mix of bewilderment and suspicion, Pam felt a knot form in her stomach.

"I-I . . ." Pam stammered, at a loss for words as she struggled to exin herself.

But before she could gather her thoughts, Elena''s voice rang out, breaking the tense silence. "Hey, what''s happening to Azazel?"

All eyes turned towards Azazel, who had been silent until now. Suddenly, he burst into fits of giggles, his eyes transforming into heart shapes as pink rays sparkled around him.

Then, with surprising boldness, Azazel approached Lori, his expression filled with admiration. "My, what a gorgeousdy you are!" he dered, his words dripping with ttery.

"Ah, fair maiden of unparalleled grace, your beauty outshines the very stars themselves!" Azazel eximed, his voice filled with admiration.

Ren and the others turned their gaze towards Pam, their faces couldn''t be painted.

"What did you do to him?" Ren''s gaze was prating.

They were already having a hard time dealing with Lori, and now this unexpected twist added anotheryer ofplexity to their predicament.

What in the world did Pam do to Azazel to cause him to act as if he''d been struck by a love potion?

He was already obnoxious before, but now Azazel had somehow managed to be even more insufferable.

Pam, equally bewildered, stumbled over her words in an attempt to exin. "I-I . . . it wasn''t me. It was the goddess Whispera," she began, her voice shaky with uncertainty. "She instructed me to give that potion to Azazel. She said that it was a life-saving item that would change the tide of battle in our favor."

Elena raised an eyebrow at Pam''s exnation. "More like turning Azazel into a love-struck monkey," she drylymented, her tone tinged with sarcasm.

Pam''s cheeks flushed with embarrassment as she struggled to find the right words to defend herself. She had only been trying to follow Whispera''s guidance, but it seemed that her actions had inadvertently caused more harm than good.

"I swear, I didn''t mean for this to happen," Pam insisted, her voice tinged with desperation. "I was just trying to help."

But her words fell on deaf ears as the others exchanged uncertain nces, didn''t know what to do next.

Meanwhile, Azazel continued to gaze adoringly at Lori, pletely oblivious to the chaos unfolding around him.

With each passing moment, his infatuation seemed to grow stronger, his words of admiration flowing freely like a river of honey.

Lori, on the other hand, disyed signs of increasing irritation, seemingly provoked by Azazel''s words for some unknown reason.

Her demeanor shifted, and she approached Azazel with an intensity of murderous intent unlike anything they had seen before.

Ren and the others felt their hearts sinking as they witnessed Lorelei''s sudden transformation, her rage escting to the point where she seemed intent on nothing short of Azazel''s demise.

On the side Pam had hoped that delivering the potion would be a turning point in their favor, but now it seemed that her actions had only served toplicate matters further.

Feeling a wave of guilt wash over her, Pam cast her gaze downwards, unable to bear the usatory stares of the others. She had let them down, and now they were paying the price for her mistake.

But as the weight of her guilt threatened to overwhelm her, a small voice echoed in the back of her mind –– Whispera''s voice, gentle and reassuring, reminding her that she had done a good job.

    What good job?

    ''Take a look.''

In a miraculous feat, Azazel managed to evade all of Lorelei''s attacks with a grace and precision that seemed impossible. It was as if he could anticipate her every move, a skill he had never demonstrated before.

Ren and the others observed this remarkable turn of events, their astonishment mirroring that of Nyxos, who couldn''t believe his eyes.

A sense of unease stirred within Nyxos as he sensed that something was amiss.

"You! What did you do?!" Nyxos used Pam, his voiceced with anger.

Pam''s legs almost gave way beneath her as Nyxos cast her a furious re. "M-me . . . I . . . I didn''t do anything!" she protested, her voice trembling with fear.

"It looks like the tide of battle has indeed changed," Elena chuckled softly, offering Pam a thumbs up. "You did well, Pam."

Evie nodded in agreement, her expression apologetic. "I thought you turned into an enemy for a second. I''m sorry if I doubted you."

Pam was at a loss for words, her mind a whirlwind of conflicting emotions. Fear dominated most of her feelings at the moment, leaving her uncertain of how to respond.

"If you''re thankful, can you do something about Nyxos over there?" she managed to say, her voice barely above a whisper in herment.

"With Lori upied with Azazel, we can finally focus on the boss," Ren said. He could finally breathe a little after what was going on.

The tension in the air could be felt as Ren and the others prepared to strike Nyxos, their weapons poised for battle.

However, before they could make their move, Azazel''s voice rang out loud and obnoxious, shattering the silence with his unexpected deration of love.

"You''re the one! I''m in love with you at first sight! Please marry me!"

Azazel''s words echoed through the chamber, catching everyone off guard. n/?/vel/b//in dot c//om

Ren and the others turned their attention towards Azazel, their expressions a mix of surprise and disbelief.

They watched in astonishment as Azazel, with a wild abandon, flung himself towards Lori, his movements fueled by a passion that seemed to defy reason.
