Chapter 717: The Store Upgrading Quest(2)
“Hello, store owner,” A customer awkwardly greeted Aakesh.
Even Aakesh, who stayed expressionless all the time, had a change in his expression. He soon masked it, so neither the man found out nor did Lily, sleeping atop Aakesh’s head.
The customer in front of Aakesh had just gotten his turn after waiting in the queue for quite some time. Unfortunately for the man, the closing time for the store had arrived.
It was already apparent to the man how rule-bound the store was because he had heard about it from his friend.
Time flew by.
The man left the store with an excited face as he had earned three extra hours in Panagea aspensation for the waste of his time.
Fortunately for Aakesh, the turn to paypensation to other customers never arrived as no new customer appeared in the queue of people.
Some timeter, the customers in the portal room also left as their hours came to an end. Not long after, only Aakesh and Lily were left standing in the store after Aakesh had tended to all the customers in the queue.
“Finally, the torture is over,” Lily stretched after waking up. Unlike Aakesh, she had gotten irritated with hearing the same statement over and over again. Now that only she and Aakesh were left in the store, she could act simrly to what she was in reality.
Aakesh only smiled after hearing Lily’s words. He then stood up from his chair, went to the door, and closed it, announcing an end to another fruitful day for the store.
Lily jumped down Aakesh’s head as it was time to enter the training area. She didn’t like it at all, but since Aakesh never joked around with Lily’s training, she had no choice but to go there regrly.
“Do you want toe with me?” Aakesh asked Lily.
“Where?”
“A quest,” Aakesh responded to Lily’s question.
“Are you serious?” Lily asked as she couldn’t believe Aakesh was going outside.
They had gone outside several years ago, and at that time, they had been outside for only a few hours whenpared to the time in the Primal dimension, but in actuality, they were out for a few centuries. After that, Aakesh decided not to go outside for a few centuries.
“Yes,” Aakesh smilingly nodded and then told Lily about the intruder sense.
Lily’s fur straightened up in anger after hearing Aakesh. Aakesh smiled, as he rubbed Lily’s head, and she soon returned to calm.
“There is no point thinking over the person since we are too weak,” Aakesh smilingly told Lily as he continued to rub Lily’s head.
Unlike Aakesh, Lily wasn’t patient enough to control her emotions. Lily then shouted the worst of curse words she knew toward the owner of the intruder sense.
Aakesh only smiled and let Lily vent her feelings. Simr to how he could do nothing to the person, the person also couldn’t do anything to Aakesh and Lily.
While the system failed to counterattack, at the same time, it also prevented the intruder from studying the store. So the first party had failed in their motives, while the system had partially seeded.

Somewhere in the third dimension,
“Did you seed?” A female voice rang in the area.
“No! The other side seeded in restricting my sense,” A voice filled with disappointment rang in response.
“Hahahaha,” The female startedughing in response to the man’s voice.
The man couldn’t help but scoff in response to the burst ofughter ringing in the area.
The man was none other than Asquith, the founder of Sun Elves and the son of the Primordial World Tree. The owner of the female voice was also an Elf and was the daughter of the Primordial World Tree.
Since the Elves weren’t the bloodline descendants of the World Tree, there was no rtion between the group of Elves. So one Elf intermingling with another Elf wasmon.
Since Asquith stood at the top when it came to beauty in the direct creation of the World Tree, he was always in demand with other female Elves directly created by the World Tree.
“So, have you thought of the consequences of your actions,” Theughter suddenly stopped and a never heard before solemnness appeared in the female’s voice.
“What about the consequences?” Asquith was confused since he didn’t know much about the store.
He could sense his bloodline, so when William left the family, Asquith sensed it.
It wasn’t very hard for someone like him to find out where William was, so after learning about the store, Asquith tried to sense the store.
Unfortunately for him, the other being was no weakling as it destroyed the wisp of Asquith’s sense. At the same time, there was an intention of counterattack from the other side, but neither Asquith was weak nor was he close, so the person there failed.
Since Asquith had failed in his attempt, he understood that the other party wasn’t weak. So he informed his descendant, Andrew, not to interfere and try to bring William back.
A solemn expression appeared on Asquith’s face after seeing the look on the female Elf’s face. Even though the female joked with Asquith, it didn’t mean they were on the same level.
If the female Elf was the sky, then Asquith didn’t even have the ability topare himself with earth; such was the power gap between him and the female Elf.
The female Elf in question was the leader of the Elves and only second to the World Tree in status.
She knew things that Asquith couldn’t even imagine. It was also the reason the female Elf knew about the store.
The female Elf didn’t answer Asquith’s question straight away, but she disappeared from the area. Her clothes, lying on the table, also disappeared not long after.
Asquith’s eyes got wide open as he never expected such a reaction from the female Elf.
“Haha, look at you,” Suddenly, a peal ofughter rang in the area.
Asquith’s face turned white, and soon it turned red from embarrassment.
“Hmph, it seems you don’t want to see me again,” Asquith scoffed.
“Haha, can you even stop me if I wanted to see you?” The female Elf returned and responded with a question.
