Chapter 629 - 623: New Materials

Chapter 629: Chapter 623: New Materials

“No, your Dimensional Ring can store anything, while their spatialpression equipment is fixed on their weapon attachments. In other words, aside from storing their weapons, their spatialpression equipment can’t hold anything else,” Zero spoke decisively.

Alright, Finn Lewis knew he was overthinking. But even so, this was much more convenient, allowing them to ess all their weapons at the first sign of trouble, instead of having to retrieve from Finn or go elsewhere to seize weapons.

“I’ve exchanged for it. Each robot is now equipped with its weapon attachments,” Finn spoke decisively. This wasn’t the time to be frugal. Finn didn’t feel safe at all at the moment. First, he had to acquire something to protect him. The Gctic Federation was a quite unsafe ce, and who knew what would happen once they reached the Gctic District.

“When do you want them to report to you, Finn?” Zero asked.

“I’ve noticed, Zero, that your intelligence level has substantially increased since I left Earth?” Finn asked curiously.

    Zero: “…”

Well, nobody was around anyway, so Finn didn’t bother with him and said directly, “When I need them, tell them to report to me.” After that, he didn’t care about Zero’s reaction.

Before the middle-aged man arrived, Finn received the Roberts Coins that Zero had sent over. They were also delivered by a middle-aged man. Finn didn’t recognize him and couldn’t tell whether he was a robot or not. After getting Finn’s consent, Dunn Monty let the man in. A box of about two cubic meters was ced in front of Finn.

Dunn didn’t ask what was inside, and Finn moved these things directly into his room. He then shoved all the Roberts Coins into his private space. Finn was now wearing the fake Dimensional Ring he’d bought from the weapons store. It was fake and only for deception.

The genuine storage device was not reliant on this ring. That item was too unreliable. Just after Finn had finished storing all these things, Dunn’s voice came through.

“Your Highness, the person is here.” After leading the middle-aged man to Finn, Dunn bowed respectfully to Finn, then turned and left.

At the sound of Dunn’s voice, the middle-aged man raised his eyebrows and looked up at Finn. The term ‘Your Highness’ wasn’t used casually; it was reserved for addressing the royal family, particrly in such formal asions. Could it be that the man in front of him was of royal blood?

He wondered which family of royals was this man an heir to. The middle-aged man eyed Finn curiously, but his mouth didn’t hesitate to say: “Sir, nice to meet you. My name is Caleb Shaw.”

“Mm, nice to meet you. I’m Finn Lewis,” Finn greeted with a smile. Upon hearing Finn’s name, Caleb paused a bit. He wasn’t surprised, knowing this probably wasn’t his real name. Here, a prince revealing his identity would cause some trouble.

But only a prince would live in such a ce, and only such a ce could suit the identity of a prince.

“Mr. Shaw, the reason for my invitation should be clear. Can you offer a brand-new spaceship? Not like the second-hand ones sold by other organizations?” Finn asked calmly.

“Yes, I can offer a brand-new spaceship, fresh from the factory. I just need to know what sort you’re looking for.” Caleb didn’t bother to exin, nor did he try to sell his product or convince his customer of his qualifications.

“Including warships?” Finn asked, squinting his eyes.

“Including warships,” Caleb honestly responded after a pause. His face turned serious. Something about Finn was distinguishing.

“Any level of warship?” Finn asked after taking a sip of an unknown beverage from the table.

“We sell warships of all levels. But we do have one requirement—you must pay in advance.” Caleb finally added something.

    N?v(el)B\\jnn

“Oh, tell me about the powerful warships at your disposal. No second-hand ones or outdated stuff, don’t try to bluff me.” Finn said straightforwardly.

Caleb was stunned. Finn was not ying by usual sales rules. Typically, clients would ask about payment at this point. Warships certainly aren’t cheap, even for royals. And, Finn was just a royal heir, not a n leader. He must have limited funds avable.

“The level 2 White Elephant Warship. Although its design style isn’t the mainstream style currently used by the Federation, it’s on par with the level 2 warships under the surveince bureau. Itsbat power is second only to the most powerful Azure Peak level 1 warship under the bureau,” Caleb paused before continuing, “And our price is advantageous. A brand-new White Elephant Warship which is about 15 kilometers long, 3 kilometers high and 8.2 kilometers wide, equipped with the most advanced ultra-quantum jump engine. The time between two jumps can be as short as 5 minutes, and the maximum distance can reach 5,000 light-years in one jump.”

“We are selling it for only 80 million star credits, and we are also gifting 500,000 simtion robots.”

“What are they used for?” Finn asked. He had heard of simtion robots, a type of robot used by the Gctic Federation, but he didn’t know exactly what they could do.

“Uh… not much use. But their processing system uses the most advanced Gctic Matrix System. They are capable of undertaking most of the general tasks on the spaceship. They can also reprogram simted emotions and rejigger their job duties,” Caleb exined while scratching his head awkwardly, evidently having misunderstood Finn.

Caleb thought that Finn disdained those 500,000 simtion robots, so he asked that question. But he didn’t anticipate that Finn genuinely didn’t know what these simtion robots could do, hence the question.
