    Pineal Gland - Controls instructions on sleep time.


    Pituitary Gland - Controls metabolism.


    Thalamus - Processes most information and sends it to other parts of the brain to interpret reality.


    Hypothalamus - Body coordination, and production.


    Cerebellum - Movement and language.


    Brainstem - Visualization technique.


    You then want to continue to shape your mental energy. You will transform the brain in a jar into a proper spiritual body. This isn''t your avatar.


    The ''heart'' of this body will be a core made from entangled energy. It will burn with the power of a star. You will then pass liquid mental energy throughout this thinking body to power a ''independent consciousness''.
