    Li Yi rode his warhorse out of Shattered Frost City and headed to the location where Fire Ice was ambushed.


    With the party disbanded, Li Yi used a Return Scroll to return to the city after splitting with Fire Ice and the rest.


    Fire Ice was ambushed just outside Shattered Frost City.


    More than ten minutester, Li Yi had rushed over but by then, Fire Ice has been killed twice.


    Her corpsey there with her soul standing at the side. She dared not resurrect.


    “The amulet given to me by Tall Tall is no more,” Fire Ice’s voice was trembling.


    How could she feel good about being ambushed out of the blue?


    But Li Yi finally got to the bottom of it. He has been puzzled about it. It was quitemon for Fatty to die from not using the three-times invincibility but not forgetting that he still has an amulet that could resurrect once.


    So it seemed he has transferred it to Fire Ice. No wonder.


    Li Yi did not make his way up immediately but instead hid in a concealed area and had Fire Ice resurrect first.


    It was not known how many were in on the surprise attack so recklessly heading up there might have him swamp camped like Fire Ice.


    Fire Ice resurrected.


    She stood up from the ground and a short figure appeared from behind her, wielding a ring knife.


    “You know too much!”


    Fire Ice let out a cry. This stab did not take her life. She quickly leaped forward.


    Li Yi did not make his move as when the Thief snuck up on Fire Ice, a certain somebody came to mind.

    Old Green hot on Fire Ice? What’s going on?’


    Refraining from taking action, Li Yi patiently observed.


    Just as Fire Ice’s HP was left with a few drips, a destructive ck ball struck from afar, striking Old Green in the chest.

    Hua Feiwu made a grand entrance, firing out destructive ck balls, blowing Old Green defenseless.


    “Humph! Watch your back!”


    Old Green left a warning and with a sweep of his Shadow Cape, he disappeared in Stealth mode...


    “What a dirty brazen sh*t!”


    Hua Feiwu cursed before walking towards Fire Ice.


    “Miss Ice, it’s alright now. I have cast away that thief.”


    Li Yi who was hiding in the dark and watching, felt a chill down his spine. He has seen many despicable people but none at the stage of Hua Feiwu.


    Now he finally saw the light on how Hua Feiwu and Fire Ice were acquainted...


    ‘What was the rtionship of Old Green and Hua Feiwu? They were both friends in real life.

    This arrow was naturally shot by Li Yi. He really could not look any longer. There has to be a limit to the despicableness of a person.


    “Don’t be afraid, Ice.


    “Return to the city now.


    “Listen to me and immediately return to the city.


    “Do not bother with Hua Feiwu.


    “I’ll let you knowter the reason why.”


    Li Yi had once gifted Fire Ice a Return Scroll but this youngdy was just too thrifty, unwilling to use even one or else this incident would not have happened in the first ce.

    Old Green dully responded, “Go after her if you like her. If she were to find out about our crooked ways, would she even bother with you?”


    Hua Feiwu red at him, “What do you know?


    “Women love men to be the hero.


    “The regr courtship is just too much.


    “Don’t you butt in.


    “You just need to coordinate with me behind the scenes.


    “I think just killing her seven or eight times would have her falling head over heels for me.”

    Another two arrows flew over and struck Old Green.


    He did not instantly die as Old Green immediately Shadow Caped (Abolishing all irregr state in an instant and breaking away from battle. A Thief Skill that was better than Trickery Ring) and went into Stealth mode.

    An Archer of the Giant race was rarer than a Giant Healer anyway...’


    Hua Feiwu swore, “Giant Archer, F*ck!”


    “I’ll seek you to the ends of the earth, we’re not done!” Dog-skin ster, Old Green was enraged himself.


    By then, Li Yi had already made his way back to the city.


    He was not afraid of others seeing his red name. With this great Trickery Ring present, apart from certain NPCs that could tell, other yers could not see it.


    Carrying a big red name and strolling the streets of Shattered Frost City, if it were not for the Trickery Ring, who would dare? Killing a red name did not warrant any punishment but instead, merited an abundant reward. If anyone were to score a bounty-hunting quest, the rewards would leave them drooling.


    “Hua Feiwu PM-ed earlier and said he was ambushed and swamp camped by a despicable Archer, could it be... could it be... you.”


    Fire Ice looked and whispered at Li Yi who had his head lowered.


    Li Yi smiled, “I am the Archer that ambushed him.”


    “Did you tell him it was me?”


    “No, how could I?” Fire Ice shook her head. It could be seen that Hua Feiwu was not that all importantpared to Li Yi in her heart.


    “You’ll understand once you see this.”


    Li Yi pointed in the air and sent an image he extracted earlier to Fire Ice.
