    Both of them burst intoughter, and after ying for a bit longer, theyid down onto the sofa together.


    This time, Li Yi did not do anything cheeky. As for Jiaojiao, she quietlyid her head onto Li Yi’s chest like a kitten. With her rosy, yet small lips slightly pouted and her face flushed, she looked ravishing.


    “Perverted Wing, would you abandon me in the future?”


    “What makes you say that?”


    “Cause all men are trash, they no longer cherish anything after they gain possession of it.”


    “Don’t assume that all men are like Li Zhongtian.”

    In front of them were three gold-named beetle-like monsters that were blocking their path.


    “Golden Scarabs. n Master Jiao, it appears we’re on the right track.”


    “What, what?” Jiaojiao was confused.


    “When traveling to the recesses of the Wailing Grotto, one would encounter Golden Scarabs. Since we’re looking at them now, it proves that we’re on the right path.”


    “Hahaha, why of course. My instincts never fail me.” Jiaojiao was beaming with joy and was clearly excited.


    “So, all we have to do is to defeat them to reach the deeper parts of the Wailing Grotto?” Jiaojiao brandished her Rune Greatsword and was hopping with anticipation.


    “There’s still a ways to go. We’ll encounter them a few more times on the way. By my estimate, we’ll need to meet a hundred more before we can reach the recesses.”

    Li Yi summoned Lightning Leopard and provided support from the rear.


    The ck Pdins were a powerful ss, they were the amalgamation of main tanks and DPS. In other words, as long as they had the necessary equipment, ck Pdins could y both the role of DPS and main tanks.


    With a huge HP pool, a high ATK stat, along with unlimited drains via ‘Mortal Strike’, a strong ck Pdin required no healing, nor support from teammates. Thus, their solo-prowess were said to be unmatched.


    The ck Pdins were well bnced from all aspects, and their solo capabilities were three levels better than the Archers. The only weakness they had, was the difficulty in getting their hands on equipment.


    Each of the Golden Scarabs had 1,000,000 HP and they were at Level 70, which was considered Elite-level. Their specialty lied in using ‘Tackle’ to attack, as it ignored the yers’ defenses.


    “These bugs are pretty good!”


    After getting hit by ‘Relentless Tackle’, Jiaojiao immediately understood the situation without needing Li Yi’s guidance. She immediately shifted her position and alternated it as she fought, in order to evade the Scarabs’ Relentless Tackle.


    Since Lightning Leopard was at the same level as Li Yi now, by using Li Yi’s fully leveled Beast King’s Heart while activating its hidden attribute, Lightning Leopard was able to take on 30% of its master’s equipment stats.


    Lightning Leopard was very powerful and although its attack paled inparison to its master, it was still higher than Jiaojiao’s.


    Among Jiaojiao’s new equipment, only Lord of Disaster stood out. Since the Golden Scarabs were too high-leveled, a swing of her sword only dealt around 1,000 or so damage.

    “Masquerade? Why?” Jiaojiao snorted.


    “You’ll understand soon enough.”


    The Happy Homes DLC had yet to be released, so there were no Masquerades yet within King of Pantheon. As such, Li Yi did not bother to exin it to Jiaojiao.


    “Closed beta yers and their privileges.” Jiaojiao shed a mischievous face at Li Yi.


    Li Yi chuckled, “Closed beta yers have nothing on me, cause I’m a rebirth yer.”


    “Whatever floats your boat.” Jiaojiao did not believe his words at all.


    Li Yi ignored her and took out a golden rod from his inventory. Then, he shoved it into the ground.


    Beep...Beep...Beep...


    The golden rod emanated a faint glow and constantly emitted a beeping sound.


    “What’s this?”


    “It’s an Engineering marvel called, Magical Road Sign. With this, our minimap would no longer be obscured. Try it out yourself if you doubt my words.”


    Jiaojiao opened up her minimap, and just as he said, a shing red dot appeared within the pitch-ck minimap.


    “I see, you put up a road sign in case we go the wrong way so that we can restart.”


    “How clever of you, I’m proud to call you my woman.”


    “Tch, isn’t it the other way around?”


    “Is there a difference?”
