"I don''t know," Rosalie said. "Do as you deem fit. It''s not my ce toment on this any further." Sebastian had done something so awful, Rosalie felt she couldn''t even ask Theodore for forgiveness.
"I can''t just let this go, Rose. I can tell you the truth. Since Sebastian has gone back home, I''ve decided to pass the video to the Melrine police. As for whether they can catch him, that''s their business. Consider this a chance I''m giving Sebastian. If he continues staying where he is, he''s safe. But once hees back to Melrine, he''ll get caught. What do you think?"
Rosalie nodded. "Okay."
She had no reason to oppose Theodore''s suggestion. Sebastian had done something like this, so even if Theodore insisted on punishing him, she couldn''t stop it.
Theodore was being very reasonable, despite the high likelihood that the Melrine police wouldn''t be able to find Sebastian now that he had returned home.
Rosalie felt very conflicted. On one hand, Sebastian hurt Theodore and almost killed him. She could understand Theodore''s fury.
Even if he called the police on Sebastian, she wouldn''t have anything to say to that. She couldn''t even bring herself to ask him to forgive Sebastian.
On the other hand, if Sebastian went to jail, she would feel terrible. The video made it clear that Sebastian did what he did to find her. He was anxious because he thought Theodore had hidden her. People in high states of anxiety tended to lose control over themselves.
At the end of the day, everything happened because of her.
If only she didn''t head out that night! All these wouldn''t have happened.
However, Sebastian had indeed done something wrong. Since that was the case, he had to be punished. That went without saying.
Theodore closed the video and removed the thumb drive from theptop.Text property ? N?vel(D)ra/ma.Org.
"Rose, do you have anything else to say?"
Rosalie shook her head. "Nothing else."
She felt very guilty.
"In that case, I''ll personally give this thumb drive to the police. I''m off."
With that, Theodore turned to leave.
"Theo," Rosalie said as she grabbed his arm.
Theodore stopped in his tracks. "Anything else?"
"When...when are you going for the biopsy?"
Theodore was silent for a long time before finally saying, "Aurora will be with me when I do the biopsy. If you''re with me, she''d be upset to see you."
Rosalie looked down and smiled bitterly.
"I know. Get a biopsy as soon as possible and tell me the results once you get it. Even though we''re no longer married, we''ve known each other for such a long time and grew up together. You''ve got to update about something like this.

Theodore saw the concern on Rosalie''s face and had a sudden, strong urge to pull her into his embrace.
But he knew he couldn''t do that. Aurora was still waiting for him.
He couldn''t do what he was doing to Aurora while hugging Rosalie and not letting go of her.
He had already let Rosalie down in their marriage. He didn''t want to let Aurora down in the same way.
Theodore turned around and left resolutely.
Rosalie felt as though all her energy had been sucked out. She walked despondently back to Justin''s ward.
Along the way, she pulled her phone out to call Sebastian, wanting to question him.
After pondering for a while, however, she put it back into her pocket.
