“No, I want to. In fact, I would love to eat with the both of you.” Renee faked a smile and gritted her
teeth. If it were not for the fact that she wanted to find out what happened between her brother and
Joanne, she would have punched Stefan by now.

“I’m sure it’s unnecessary.” Seraphina looked at Renee with disdain. “Miss Everheart, I’m sure you
know that absence makes the heart grow fonder. It’s been a while since Stefan and I met, so we have a
lot to talk about.
