Chapter 0319

Nichs scowled at udia. "Get out!"

Tears streamed down her face. How could a doll like her shed tears?

I got up in silence and headed out, leaving some personal space for the siblings. It must''ve pained Nichs to see his sister cry, and I didn''t want to see him coax her.

And here I was, thinking about how there was no going back for us. But in the next instant, it felt like I had returned to the beginning.

The same pampered sister, the same doting brother-even the scene remained the same.

As I brushed past udia, she grabbed my arm and hollered, "I''m talking to you, Ariana! Why did youe back? You''ve already divorced my brother. How dare you be so shameless and sleep with him?"

I wasn''t sure if she had stopped pretending or if she believed that Nichs wouldn''t mind her true colors, but she didn''t even bother to put up a pretense now.

I stared at her for a few seconds, and my gaze fell on her hand gripping my arm.

"W-What are you looking at?" Seemingly diffident, she continued, "I wasn''t wrong! Nick is going to be with Jasmine. You''re a homewrecker!"

I shoved her away. One wouldn''t even feel cold walking on the carpet by the bed, and falling on it wouldn''t hurt as well.

But Nichs couldn''t bear to let his dear sister fall. He caught udia swiftly before she copsed to the ground.

I turned around and smiled at them. "It''s only right for trash to be together. You two look much better that way."

As I spun around, my smile vanished. I truly had no time if Nichs had brought me back just to have me entangled with those bitches around him all the time.Têxt ? N?velDrama.Org.

Just as I stepped out, his frustrated, yet clearly restrained, voice rang out behind me.

"Ariana, who told you to leave? This is our bedroom!"

I didn''t even turn back. Dismissing him with a wave, I generously replied, "Give it to udia. After all, she always likes to go after my things."

I couldn''t hear what Nichs said next as his words were muffled by udia''s aggrieved sniffles.

"Nick, but you said this was for me before."

"Fine. The Coral Vi is yours," he said, relenting.

But Coral Vi was our marital home...

I couldn''t help but think of Pete and my flopping fish on the wooden floor. It might be for the best that those fish didn''te back with me. This ce might be even worse than a sewer. Wendy had arrived early. The moment she saw me, she threw her arms around me and sobbed.

I texted her before I moved to Lexton City, menting the fact that I might not have the chance to eat her cooking again.

Thus, she had prepared 18 dishes for breakfast that day, seemingly wanting to cook all the dishes she knew for me.

Sipping his coffee, Nichs remarked sarcastically, "While some people still reminisce, she haspletely forgotten about them."

Just then, udia descended the stairs and dumped all my clothes onto the floor. Those clothes were brand new, and the price tags were still attached.

"Take these away, Ariana. I don''t want your things."

It wasn''t just a few clothes that she had taken from me before. Now, she even dared to act all high and mighty.

After pondering for a while, I took the coffee from Nichs and sshed it on udia.

"Some people''s greed is truly beyond their control. If no one cares about these things, just go ahead and destroy them."

Those exquisite clothes were instantly stained with coffee, but their miserable state stood out morepared to udia''s wronged expression.

I turned toward Nichs and said, "Since you''ve given Coral Vi to udia, I don''t think I should stay here anymore."

If I could burn Coral Vi down, I''d set it on fire myself rather than let my marital home be registered under udia''s name.

Disappointment filled my eyes as I stared at Nichs. I spun around and left.

The once peaceful dining room was now filled with imperceptible tension. Terrified, Wendy wanted to persuade me but was unsure of how to begin due to Nichs''s imposing presence. And Nichs was infuriated by this morning''smotion. He grabbed my hand and dragged me away.

Shoving me into the car, he red at me and said, "It''s just a house. I have another one prepared for you as well."
