"Die!"
Hearing Tigris'' bellow, every ckwater inmate was expecting to see a sight of blood and gore, and they were certainly thrilled.
Moreover, Frank did not even have time to dodge-once Tigris'' punchnded, his head would explode right then.
However, even as the geezer in the cell shook his head and sighed, the inmates were soon left gaping in shock. After all, instead of spilling blood, the bones in Tigris'' knuckle broke audibly as he squealed like a gutted pig.
"What..."
One of the flunkies hiding behind Tigris was smirking savagely, already preparing a script to tter Tigris when he punched Frank''s brain out.
He was left in shock, however-while Tigris'' punch struck Frank squarely on the cheek, his skull did not blow up, while Tigris was the one who ended up screaming.
Even as Tigris stumbled backward, the inmates suddenly realized that his knuckle was dangling limply, while white bone was protruding from the joints.
It was Tigris who bled from his fist, and not Frank from his head.
"What..."
The fettered geezer was left gaping.
His very bones restrained in an anger that his meridian nexus could not charge his pure vigor. However, that did not affect his cultivation as he could clearly see the pure vigor with which Tigris had charged his punch with.
Forget a person''s head-Tigris would have punched a hole in a solid chunk of steel.
And yet, all that power did not even scratch Frank, while the recoil broke Tigris'' hand instead.
What was this logic?
At that very moment, the geezer suddenly had an unbelievable theory.
If he could not discern that young man''s depth despite being halfway through Ascendant rank, that would mean...
"His martial arts prowess is far beyond mine?! How''s that possible?!"
Shock showed all over the geezer''s face, as he had been considered a genius during his youth.
Even then, he had only reached Ascendant rank in his forties, and halfway through it after ten years of nightless training.
e
And yet, the young man before the geezer did not even look thirty but had already proven himself stronger even though the geezer had trained for decades more.
Did that even make sense?
Still, while the geezer was left pondering the meaning of life, Tigris clearly had trouble believing what had just happened.
With a raging bellow, he raised his one good arm andunched a jab, enshrouded with faint purple pure vigor.
