“Who are you?”
Nash stuffed both hands into his pockets, a confused look settling across his features.
Why did it seem like this man was berating him?
Robert hurried forth to introduce them. “This is the supervisor of the Martial Arts Association
Headquarters, Mr. Nash. He’s in charge of supervising all the martial arts associations in all nine
states!”
“Oh?”
Nash gave Hendrix a bemused look.
Hendrix did not wait to see if Nash had anything else to say before he said in a low voice, “I know what
questions you have, Mr. Nash. Please spare me some of your time for a conversation!”
Robert led the two to the martial arts hall’s pantry, where he brew them a pot of tea before tactfully
leaving them alone.
Hendrix did not bother beating about the bush and cut straight chase. “Something is going on at the
National Martial Bureau bureau head has gone missing. Meanwhile, the Third Elder has jo forces with
the Fourth and Fifth Elders to assist several martial families to form private martial arts alliances!”
Nash frowned. “Couldn’t the First and Second Elders of the Nation Martial Bureau keep them under
control?”

Hendrix gave Nash a deep, knowing look. “Do you know whatst name the bureau head has?”
Nash began shaking his head, but a thought then urred to him. He asked hesitantly, “Olsen?”
Hendrix smiled as he nodded. “That’s right. The bureau head has thest name Olsen. He’s Bobby
Olsen’s grandfather!”
Nash felt his heart skip a beat as he asked, “So, based on what you’ve just said, everything that’s
happened with the Martial Arts Association is part of the bureau head’s n?”
He was now sure that there were two factions within the National Martial Bureau.
One faction consisted of the Martial Arts Association led by the First/ and Second Elder, while the other
faction was the private martial arts alliance that the Third Elder and the others were supporting.
Hendrix did not answer Nash’s question and instead asked another question in response, “Have you
heard of the Church of the Netherworld, Mr. Nash?”
Nash’s eyes widened. “Hasn’t that organization already been with out?”
He had once heard his master mention that organization in the pa
It was an evil organization with members who were expert marti artists from all across the world.
Around 200 years ago, they were even able to force the kings of mor than 20 countries to sumb to
them.
When the church finally tried to extend its powers into Drakonia, several sects joined forces and
managed to defeat them.
That battle had caused considerable damage to the various sects. Even Nash’s master had sustained
slight injuries.
“The Church of the Netherworld had over a million members during their peak. Do you think it’d be that
easy to wipe them out?” Hendrix said, a bitter smile appearing on his face as he shook his head.
“Are you suggesting that this is connected to the National Martial Bureau?” Nash asked, his eyes
narrowing.
“Nash Calcraft, 24 years old, member of the Young family. You cultivated your skills under the guidance
of Johnathan Calcraft on Tili
Mountain ever since you were a child, and you once executed various difficult missions using the
pseudonym ‘Smiling Grim Reaper’ on the dark web.
“Currently, you reside in Royal Bay. Your father is Wolfgang Young, otherwise known as Philix Xing, the
Warden of the Northern Territory. Your mother is a member of the Snyder family from Sagen!”
Hendrix abruptly began spouting information about Nash’s life.
Mystique Loyalty Realm energy abruptly began emanating from Nash’s body.
He grabbed Hendrix by the neck and asked in a cold voice, “Who earth are you?”
This man knew everything about him.
In fact, Nash was even beginning to suspect he was from the Klein
Hendrix’s face turned red. “I-I mean no harm!”
Nash suppressed his murderous intentions and slowly loosened his grip.
If he actually were part of the Kleins, there would have been no need for him to show Nash that he
knew all this.
Hendrix thumped his chest and coughed several times before saying, ” I’m from the Divine Strategy
Squadron!”
Nash picked up his teacup and sipped from it. “What sort of organization is that?”
Hendrix hesitated momentarily before he began introducing the squadron, “The Divine Strategy
Squadron is equivalent to that of a state capital.
“We have ess to thergestwork of information across Drakonia, and we’re also the only
organization that can tap into the sects’ powers!
“If you’re trying to recruit me into joining the Divine Strategy Squadron, you can give up now!” Nash
spoke tly as he took another sip of tea.
Hendrix seemed to have guessed that was how Nash would resp and he merely smiled as he said,
“You’ll gain ess to even m secrets if you join the Divine Strategy Squadron!”
Nash smiled a slight smile. “I’m not interested in the Divine Strateg Squadron!
