Nash had said it indifferently, yet the arrogance in his voice was
unmistakable.
The Freemans were one of the most dominating and fearful families
in Xanthalos, yet Nash had described them as just another grain in
the sand.
Slightly irritated at his attitude, Melody eximed, “The Freemans are
no longer the same as they were two months ago! They have four
martial artists in the Mystique Loyalty Realm! It’s true that I’m thirsty
for revenge, but I don’t want you to get hurt because of me!”
Nash replied calmly, “You’re getting way too sentimental, Melody. I’m
doing this for the hundreds of apprentices who died in vain!”
Nash knew Melody was genuinely worried about him, but he was

used to her being like this.
He nearly did something unforgivable the previous night.
Although Hera had given him the green light, he still felt it was wron
to do such things.
“Urgh! I’m genuinely worried for you, and this is what I get? Fine!
Whatever!” Melody shouted angrily and hung up the phone.
Nash was speechless.
Why was she so angry all of a sudden?
Did he say something wrong?
Making himself a cup of hot tea, Nash sipped at it while creating a new WhatsApp group. He invited
some of his friends into the group
and named it ‘The Youngs’.
The four Freeman siblings were all early-stage Mystique Loyalty
Realm martial artists, but they were all trained by the Youngs. As
such, they would have mastered the Youngs’ cultivation techniques,
making them even more powerful.
On top of that, they had a new member now-Arthur Freeman, making
it five Mystique Loyalty Realm martial artists in total. For that reason,
Nash decided to seek help from his friends just to be safe.
Eric: [Huh, what’s with the group name, Nashy? Don’t tell me the
Youngs n to wipe out Clear Dew Court?]
Melody: [Urgh, somebody kick him out!]
Eric: [Hey hey, why so serious? Of course, I’ll help if the Youngs
involved!]
Bertram: [Are they on the move?]
Ash: [sent an image]
Bertram: [Yo Ash, you stalkingdies bathing now?]
Felicity: [sent a lust-looking emoji]
Jaxon: [OMG please delete that message, beloved Master Coltran …]
Ash: [Ahem… I’m just trying to show you guys that the mountain in this picture, the one behind the
reservoir, is the secret hideout of Duncan and the ck Wind Double Kill.]
Bertram: [Where is this?]
Ash: [Munford Mountain. Apparently, there’s a dragon meridian there!]
Nash: [What are they doing there?]
Ash: [I’m not sure… The ck Wind Double Kill’s martial arts level is
around the same as mine, so I’ll get busted if I get too close. But hey,
I’ve got a n.]
Bertram: [What?]
Ash did not reply, and nobody bothered to ask any further.
They were all people whom Nash trusted, but s, it was hard to tell
what was going on in the minds of others.
Nash: [I need some help in Xanthalos. Preferably someone in the
Mystique Loyalty Realm. Any two of you wanna help?]
Bertram: [I’ll be there at noon.]
Nash: [Ah, thanks for the offer, Mr. Bertram, but I’d rather you
my wife and kid.]
Bertram: [Alright.]
Eric: [I’ll head over with Jaxon. The three of us should be enough,
right?]
After thinking for a moment, Nash replied: [100%.]
Nash did not mean to sound so confident.
However, even without using his trump card, Jaxon was already more
skilled than himself..
1.
Nash could take on three Mystique Loyalty Realm martial artists on
his own, and to top it all off, Eric wasing as well.
There was no way they would lose.
Returning to the home screen, Nash saw that Hera had sent him a
message.
Clicking on the message, Nash’s screen revealed a pair of fair and
slender legs. He could discern the hem of a nightgown, barely
covering what appeared to be panties.
Zooming in, Nash saw that the panties were light pink, and his tongue
went dry.
This little fox.
His first impression of Hera was nothing like this. She had been a
timid and submissive woman.
Nash tapped on the screen and replied: [You’re turning into a girl, Hera.]
Hera: [Ohe on. Don’t all couples do this?]
Nash sent her a smirking face emoji and replied: [Send me more.]
Hera: [I want to see some abs too. I haven’t seen those in a while.]
Nash: [I’ll send you next time, I promise.]
Nash was suddenly not in the mood anymore.
