It was now evening.
At dwell Vi, Jonford, an extended version of a white luxury helicopter slowly came to rest on a
mountaintop tarmac.
The helicopter was worth billions of dors. It had arge exterior that could hold up to 12 people and
was also bullet-proof and able to jam GPS signals. Such features gave it the nickname of being the
safest helicopter in the world.
Northway Real Estate''s higher-ups were already standing by the tarmac, and there were also several
tour buses parked nearby.
Rose nco, who was wearing a white-colored dress and a pair of sunsses, jumped out from the
helicopter.
The higher-ups from Northway Real Estate immediately yelled in unison, "Wee, Ms. nco!"
Rose nodded in acknowledgment before walking toward the tour buses, nked by her bodyguards.
After touring dwell Vi, Rose arrived at the sales department''s conference room.
From her seat at the head of the table, Rose flipped through dwell Vi''sunch n as she said
calmly, "This timeline will take too long. Launch it tomorrow, and also send out some invitations.
"Everyone who receives an invitation will be eligible to purchase a mansion in dwell at a 50%
discount!"
A deafening silence immediately settled over the conference room.
Northway Real Estate''s higher-ups all gave her incredulous looks.
50% discount?
What sort of sick joke was that?
Did thepany not need to make any profit?
How was this different from doing charity?
dwell had taken two and a half years to fully construct, and the stakeholders were all hoping to earn
some money back after the vis were sold!
Elrog nco, the CEO of Northway Real Estate, chuckled dryly. "Rose, you must be joking, right?"
He was Yelzog''s cousin, which made Rose his niece. He was the only person in the whole of
Northway Real Estate who dared address Rose by her name.

Rose nced at Elrog before saying coolly, "Uncle, did you think I came all the way here to crack
jokes?"
An ugly look appeared on Elrog''s face, and he smiled a forced smile as he said, "Is this... what Yelzog
wants?"
If this was what Yelzog wanted, he would not dare go against his wishes. He would have to do as the
man wished, even if it meant going bankrupt.
Rose shook her head. "It''s what I want!"
Elrog heaved a sigh of relief and grinned, "Rose, I''d be delighted if you fancied any one of the vis
here. In fact, I can even give you several of them! But I won''t be pleased if they''re sold at a 50%
discount!" They could get a 40% profit off of each vi sold in dwell.
If the vis were sold at half price, they would not even be able to break even.
Rose frowned. "Just do as I say. I''ll pay for whatever losses are incurred!"
"Rose, there are 120 vis in
dwell, and we invested over 50 billion dors into this project... It''s estimated that our earnings
will be around 13 billion dors. Are you really going to fork out 80 billion dors?" Elrog asked in a low
voice.
"Do you think I can''t do it?" A displeased look appeared on Rose''s face.
"No, no. I just don''t understand why you want to do this!"
Elrog lit a cigarette and took a drag from it.
Rose said coolly, "I don''t need you to understand anything!"
A half smile appeared on Elrog''s face. "Are you nning on gifting these mansions to your friends but
trying to keep it lowkey?"
Rose remained silent.
Elrog knew he had hit the nail on the head and chuckled. "Your friends used to stay in Royal Bay,
right?"
The incident at Royal Bay had just
urred yesterday, and Rose had immediately traveled to dwell today. Not only that, but she was
also requesting the vis be put up for sale the next day. It was obvious she did not want to see her
friends homeless.
Rose nced at Elrog. "Why do you have so many questions? Isn''t it enough that I won''t cause you
to incur any losses?"
80 million dors was not considered much to her family.
However, it was a huge sum of money for her.
Even her father would wince slightly if he had to withdraw 80 million dors in one go.
However, for the sake of receiving Nash''s understanding, she decided to just do it.
Elrog chuckled ruefully. "I''ll help you deal with it. Why are you always so hostile toward me? I''d never
make you fork out 80 million dors."
There was no doubt that Rose must have talked things over with her family regarding the 80 million
dors. Kelzog was able to procure that much money, but Elrog''s time in the nco family woulde
to an end if he actually did ask Rose to pay up.
