Bertram looked at Regulus and asked, "How confident are you against Ryan?"
Regulus merely muttered his breath.
Bertram roared withughter. "Looks like he has surpassed us!"
"I should be able to fight him using my Path techniques," Ericmented.
"I don''t think so," Dante said while looking at the blood-red sword Ryan had inserted into the ground. "If he uses that sword, he should be able to go up against someone at the Profound Oriental Realm." Eric''s expression changed slightly. "Is his power that outrageous?"
Geronimo smiled and said, "That''s the god-ying sword. It was forged by Murdoch and can even take the lives of the gods of the West. Of course, it would have no problem against your techniques."
Those words left a bitterness in Eric''s mouth. He had wanted to find the opportunity to knock Ryan around a bit so that the man would treat him with respect. Now it seemed like there was little hope for that.
Ryan and Odo fought so hard that they were at each other''s necks. The air was filled with the imprints of their fists and kicks, with sonic booms cracking through the sky endlessly.
Ryan had the upper hand while Odo was being beaten back steadily. In the end, Ryan managed tond a heavy punch to Odo''s chest. Blood spurted out of Odo''s mouth as he flew backward, the bones of his ribcage broken. Ryan tried to follow up with a knee to his head, but Odo reacted quickly and turned his body sideways beforeunching multiple attacks. He then straightened himself and brought a sweeping kick toward Ryan''s head.
Ryan grabbed Odo''s ankle with one hand and punched him hard on the calf with the other, snapping the bone. Odo screamed like a pig being ughtered.
Releasing his hand, Ryan mmed his knee into Odo''s abdomen. The domineering power from the final attack crushed Odo''s body, and he screamed again. His veins popped up on his forehead. "You''re destroying my core!" Odo roared. Ryan simply pped his hands and replied, "I''m already showing you mercy by not killing you."
Back at the Temple of Frey, the ta Union members were furious.
"Damn it, what is that monster? How did he manage to defeat Lord Odo?"
"Impossible, this is impossible. I must be dreaming. Lord Odo is supposed to be invincible among everyone at the King Realm!"
