Chapter 1771

Sabat''s wings pped as he soared into the air, the blood-stained des in his hands transforming into countless bloody rays that pummeled toward Jaxon. In the blink of an eye, Jaxon''s stark-white shirt became stained with blood.

Bertram curled his hands into fists and gritted his teeth as he asked, "What''s wrong with Jaxon? Why isn''t he admitting defeat?"

Eric and the others frowned as well.

In a low voice, Regulus said, "He''s afraid he''ll embarrass the Celestial Dragon Squadron, isn''t he?"

"Jaxon, don''t be an idiot! Hurry up and admit defeat!" Bertram yelled out once more.

Sabat kicked Jaxon straight in the chest.

Jaxon fell from the sky andnded on the ground with a resounding thump. A crater formed on the ground as a result.

Eric was starting to panic. "Dante, hurry up and save him now!"

Dante''s eyebrows furrowed themselves together slightly. "The rules state that we''re not allowed to get involved!"

"That vampire has already achieved the Profound Oriental Realm, but Jaxon has only achieved the Mystique Loyalty Realm! It''s not an equal ying ground!"

Eric was tempted to race forth to save Jaxon himself.

However, he did not yet have the skills for that and would only cause further trouble by dashing forth now.

Dante sighed. "He should just admit defeat!"

A gloomy look settled across Eric''s face when he realized Dante was not going to help Jaxon. "I''ll go save him if you won''t!"All text ? N?velD(r)a''ma.Org.

Then, he turned to the members of the Celestial Dragon Squadron and said, "I''m sure you''re seeing what I see. This vampire deliberately kept the true limits of his strength hidden, which goes against thepetition''s rules. Everyone, please help me save him!" Bertram, Regulus, Carlos, Cillian, and the others all took a step forward.

However, just as they were about to strike, a dazzling ray of golden light erupted forth from the arena. A massive, golden-colored statue of a Mythism figure sitting with crossed legs materialized in the arena.

    Upon looking upward, one would

realize the statue was several hundred feet tall. It had a somber expression on its face and emanated a majestic aura. Holy lights flickered behind the statue,

and chants could be heard from all directions.

Jaxon was floating right where the statue''s heart would be. His eyes were shut tightly, and there was still a trickle of blood hanging from his mouth. "The Palm of God!"

When Jaxon opened his eyes, the statue opened its eyes as well. A dazzling beam of gold-colored light burst forth from its massive eyes Then, the statue slowly raised its hand and brought it toward Sabat.

Sabat''s eyes widened. Fear washed over him, and the muscles on his face trembled uncontrobly.

When Sabat tilted his head backward and let out a ferocious roar, fangs erupted from his mouth. His entire being became shrouded in a cloud of blood.

He wrapped his wings around himself snugly, seemingly trying to protect himself from the massive hand. However, even before the hand touched Sabat, he had already begun bleeding from all seven orifices. As the hand got closer to him, his skeleton began cracking audibly.

    "I admit defeat..."

When the statue''s hand was still about ten feet away from the ground, Sabat found himself no longer able to withstand the pressure. He loudly admitted defeat.

The palm stopped its movements, and the statute slowly dissipated.

Jaxon slowly returned to the ground. His face was pale as he brought his hands together and said, "May the Light guide you, good sir. Repent and be absolved of your past crimes!" Sabat let out a scoff. With a flick of his cape, he disappeared into thin air.

The Eastern camp had won twice in a row.

    The Western camp was crestfallen.

Even the King Realm cultivators had lost their motivation.

They had finally realized that these so-called arena battles were merely a way for peak-level cultivators topete against each other.

Without a way to shock the Profound Oriental Realm level experts, they would only be embarrassing themselves by entering the arena.

Ryan had managed to regain some

strength after taking a breather. He leaped toward the arena and swept his frosty gaze over everyone belonging to the Western camp as he roared, "Who else wishes to challenge us?"
