At his fourth brother''s obstinacy, Frederic frowned and said, "Nash has likelye to Capiton to avenge the Young family. I suspect the Klein family will soon make a move against him!" If Nash were to be eliminated, Frederic hoped it would be by the Klein family and not the Petro family.
Henrik nced at Alberic and said, "Heed Frederic''s advice. Killing themander of the Celestial Dragon Squadron will bring the family no benefit."
"If even you are advising me now, how can I not listen?" Alberic snorted coldly. He then turned to Chekov and said, "Let''s go. Take me to see Nrov!"
Just as they reached the door, a middle-aged man in a suit, apanied by two bodyguards, hurried in.
"I see the head of the family is here too. What a coincidence!" the middle-aged man said with a smile.
"What are you doing here?" Chekov asked indifferently.
Marvin Klein took five invitations from his bodyguard. "In three days from now, we''ll be celebrating my great-grandfather''s 120th birthday. I''vee to deliver invitations!"
Chekov epted the invitations. Four were for his uncles, and one was for himself.
"I didn''t expect you to even find this ce."N?velDrama.Org owns this text.
Very few outsiders knew about the old residence. It was even lesser known that all three of Chekov''s uncles, besides the second uncle, were still alive.
Yet, the Klein family managed to locate this ce and knew that all four elderly men were still alive.
Marvin greeted Alberic, "I''m Marvin Klein. Greetings, esteemed elder!"
One did not strike a smiling face. Although Alberic held no particr fondness for the Klein family, even feeling some animosity, seeing Marvin''s respectful demeanor softened his attitude toward him a little. He nodded slightly and then said to Chekov, "Let''s focus on the important matter."
"Yes!" Chekov responded. He then turned to Marvin and replied in a lukewarm tone, "We''ve received your invitations. Don''t bother my uncles."
With that, Chekov and Alberic left the ce.
his eyes at the old
Marvin narrowed residence just a short distance away. Abinech had been the one who told him about the Petro family''s elders and their residence. Neither he nor his father had believed him at first.
After all, when the Petro family was severely weakened in a conflict with a rival powerparable to the Young family 30 years ago, their key figures disappeared. It was even rumored that they might have been eradicated by the rival family.
However, considering Abinech''s status as a Profound Oriental Realm expert, it seemed unlikely that he would deceive them.
Thus, they sent invitations to the Petro family under the pretext of Marvin''s great-grandfather''s uing birthday. They aimed to both ally with them and verify Abinech''s information.
Seeing Alberic in person erased all of Marvin''s doubts. The Petro family''s two Profound Oriental Realm experts were still alive. As Marvin turned to leave, he took out his phone and dialed his father''s number.

Nash and Zeke made for City Hall at
two in the afternoon. Zeke was on pins and needles during the entire car ride, his anxiety reaching its peak. Being the capital of Drakonia, Capiton''s political scene was where positions carried significantly more weight than in other first-tier cities.
Chekov had been an official for two decades and had influence and connections that ran deep in the political arena. For him, eliminating them would be as easy as crushing an ant.
Zeke swallowed hard and asked, "Nash, do you have any acquaintances in Capiton?" He was referring to people in the political sphere.
Nash responded nonchntly, "I know a few people."
"Who do you know?" Zeke pressed.
"General Landon from the State Capital," Nash revealed. The other people he knew were not as influential, so he did not bother mentioning them.
"General Landon?" Zeke immediately straightened up, his eyes almost popping out of their sockets.
Nash smiled slightly and asked, "Will he be strong enough as backup?"
"Strong enough? He''s unbelievably strong!" Zeke eximed, his eyes now filled with a newfound respect for Nash.
