    Chapter 203 A Hundred Billion

Reluctantly, Vivian picked up the phone.

"Where are you?" The man''s voice at the other end was maic.

    "I''ll be right over."

At that, she abruptly ended the call, instructing the driver to pull over.

Subsequently, she strutted into a nearby restaurant, her petite heels clicking against the floor.

The entire restaurant had been reserved by Zachary. When she walked in, aside from the staff, Zachary was the only one there.

The man hadn''t yet removed his white coat, sitting by the window, gazing out. He looked refined and handsome when he kept quiet, enough to rival the man in her heart.

Vivian quickly averted her gaze, inwardly chastising herself for being so infatuated.

This sort of man was nothing more than an empty shell.

    She stepped forward. "Mr. Sinir."

Coming back to his senses, Zachary turned to look at her. Standing at a height of one point six five meters, with her hair pulled up into a bun and a hint of baby fat on her face, she looked nothing more than a fresh college graduate who had just stepped out of university.

He scrutinized her carefully, yet he couldn''t recall when exactly he had encountered her.

Just as he was about to ask Vivian when they had met, she spoke up.

"I came here this time, not by choice, but under duress from my father. I hope you won''t overthink this."N?velDrama.Org ? content.

Vivian didn''t sit down. Instead, she stood tall, looking down at the somewhat indolent man in front of her. She continued, "Please tell Old Mr. Sinir on my behalf that I''m not worthy of you or the Sinir family. Ask him to take back the betrothal gifts."

Zachary was taken aback. "Betrothal gifts?"

He then realized he had been tricked by his grandfather.

He had been told that all he needed to do was to diligently work at the hospital, and the matter of marrying Vivian would not be brought up. However, to his surprise, Niel had secretly given the betrothal gift. "You didn''t know?" Vivian was also puzzled.

"Of course." Zachary''s gaze darkened. "I''ve said it before, I''m willing to have the child. As for you, I will providepensation."

    A child?

    "What child?"

    Vivian became even more bewildered.

Zachary simply handed over a nk check.

    "Fill it in yourself."

Vivian was still in a daze.

She was utterly clueless about what Zachary meant. She hade here to rify things with him, so why on earth was he giving her money?

The thought of Cecilia owing Nathaniel such an astronomical sum made her swallow hard, hesitating over whether to ept it or not.

"So, you''re suggesting that I should just fill it in however I want?"

"As long as you don''t interfere with my life, and refrain from resorting to tactics to seek out my grandfather."

Vivian was somewhat irate. "I''ve never even met your grandfather-"

Zachary interrupted, "I''m not interested in knowing any of that."

Vivian didn''t bother exining anymore. After all, why shouldn''t she take the money if someone was willingly giving it to her?

She cautiously looked at Zachary. "I want a hundred billion."

She nned to set aside eighty billion for Cecilia, keeping twenty billion for herself. With such an arrangement, she would never have to worry about money for the rest of her life, nor would she have to live under her father''s thumb anymore.

Initially, one would assume that as the prince of Tud, he would not care about such a trivial sum of money. However, to her surprise, his eyes were filled with nothing but contempt. "What kind of joke is this?"

A hundred billion for a son? She should''ve robbed a bank.

Zachary found himself disliking the woman before him even more, pletely baffled as to what his grandfather saw in her.

"One billion, take it or leave it."

After he finished speaking, he didn''t bother to delve into how the two of them actually met. All he wanted was to free himself from Vivian''s presence.

"In a few days, bring the child to my private mansion."

Although that little rascal was admittedly detestable, he was, after all, his own flesh and blood. How could he bear to see him under the influence of such a self-serving mother? The child? Again?

As Zachary was about to leave, Vivian hastily asked, "What child?"

    "You know."

    Vivian was speechless.

What do I know? This is baffling!
