 Hmm. So it’s morning. I slept so well.

 “Good morning Laura.” I answered my girlfriend. It’s so nice having someone wake you up in the morning. Like at least fifty times better than an rm clock.

 (Master, who is Laura?)

 “Why are you asking silly questions in the morning. You are Laura.” I don’t know if she is just ying tricks on me or … no she is definitely trying to just be funny. I mean, how do you forget your own name?

 (Name given by Master registered. I will from now on be Laura.)

 …That sounds weird. I open my eyes and look around the room. It’s a little dark but some light seems to being through the curtains.

 “That’s not where the window is. And that window is toorge.”

 (Master, are you feeling alright?)

 “I’m fine Laura. But where are we? Actually where are you? I can’t see you?”

 (Master, you must not be feeling right. I will do a full body scan immediately. Please open up your status so I can see the detailed information.)

 “What status?” As I said that my status panel opened up in front of me.

 (Master seems just fine. Master, please tell me what is wrong?)

 And that panicked voice in my head is not my girlf… ex girlfriend Laura. She is basic system support. I got her from eliminating a dungeon right. And she just has to sound like my ex. I actually really like her voice, but that doesn’t change the fact that she just dumped me. For a dumb reason.

 (System support, you can calm down. I’m fine. I’m still adjusting to this living in another world thing.) I speak to system support in my mind.

 (That is good. But why did you call me system support? Please call me with the name you gave me.) Well at least system support realized that I’m fine. But now she wants me to call her Laura. I really don’t know if I can. I mean I did, but that was out of habit.

 (I’m sorry system support, but I didn’t mean to give you that name.) I hope she understands.

 (Does the Master not want to name me? Am I unsatisfactory?) System asked me in a sorrowful voice. I think she might even be crying. Can she even cry?

 (No I want to give you a name, it’s just… I didn’t mean to give that name to you. You just sound exactly like someone from my old world. And I called you Laura by ident.) I try to exin my reasoning to system support.

 (But Master, this ‘Laura’ does not exist in this world right. Am I unworthy of being named after this ‘Laura’) System pleaded me to tell her my reasoning for not naming her Laura. I think I must. We won’t get anywhere without me telling her.

 (She was someone close to me but then she left me for a really bad reason. I haven’t forgiven her. I don’t want you to be named after someone I don’t really like anymore.) That’s the best I cane up with. I wonder if the system support even understands human rtionships.

 (Then Master must name me ‘Laura’. I will make Master love this name again. Master will never have to remember the one who left you in a bad way, because I took her ce in Masters life and I will make Masters life as great as possible.) System support is so eager to prove me wrong. So eager to make things right. I really can’t win this fight, can I?

 (Fine. You win Laura. Just like she always did in the end.) I really can’t win against her voice. She must have stolen it from a goddess.

 (Thank you Master. My name from now on is ‘Laura’.) System support… No. Laura seemed incredibly happy with her new name. I’m really d. She really is a good girl. Is it wrong to say that?

 (Laura, do you mind if I call you a girl?)

 (Master, I do not have what would be considered a gender. But based on your story, ‘Laura’ was female so I like that you call me a girl.)

 (Well then Laura. You really are a good girl.) Am I praising an AI or a dog? I really don’t know at this point.

 (Thank you Master.) And her calling me ‘Master’ does not help. This feels like some kind of pet y. Now I’m just envisioning Laura with some dog ears and a tail. She would look cute.

 (Laura what time is it?)

 (It is 6:13 Master.)

 (Thank you.)

 Well it seems like no one hase to wake me up yet. I believe our goal was to leave at the second bell or something. What does the second bell actually mean?

 (Laura what is the second bell?)

 (Bells are used to tell the time to the townspeople. Bells are rung every three hours starting at 6 am till 6 pm. The second bell is at 9 am.)

 (So just under three hours till our meeting with ‘Prime Rib’. Well it doesn’t seem like anyone hase to wake me up yet so I might as well get my daily packs open.)

 I found the light control panel next to my bed, but how do I use it?

 (Master, you must think I want more light.)

 (Thank you Laura.) So even the lights are thought controlled. I light the room up a little more before pulling up my skill.

 Let’s just go with Magic ruler packs today. It is the newest set so I think it might have the best stuff. It should also have Pot of Greed avable. If memory serves Metal raiders does not have it. LoBY might have better monsters though. Well, let’s just do Magic ruler today. I can always go with LoBY tomorrow.

 Some monsters and spells. Most of the spells are just power ups for summons but Final destiny seems to be some kind of mass area damage spell. I do have to give up five cards from my collection to use it though. Luckily that is not a massive cost.

 Slot machine is kinda nice. It’s a big beater. I also got my first ritual monster. I don’t think I can summon it though. I mean I don’t have Hamburger recipe.

 Done with my pack for the day, I decided to look at my collection for a second. I just want to have some idea of what I have, incase I need to summon something.

 “Yeah I still have the Upstart goblin. I could probably just use it now.”

 System, excuse me, Laura said that upstart will give me five coins right. I have some money already, but more couldn’t hurt. I pull upstart out of my skills menu.

 Holding it in my hand I say in a quiet voice. “I activate Upstart goblin.”

 In front of me a ghostly goblin appeared and from its hand five coins fell. Luckily I was still on the bed so they didn’t fall on the floor. Three big silver coins and two gold coins. I think that is lucky. I mean it could give me some silver coins as well, but I only gotrge silvers and gold.

 I get up from the bed and walk over to where my clothes are. I pull out the small bag with money that Zayaan gave me at the guild and ce my upstart funds into it.

 As I’m about to change clothes there is a knock at the door.

 “Sir Brian, are you awake?” I hear a female voice on the other side of the door ask. I don’t think it''s Nicole, her voice sounds different.

 “Yes, I’m awake.” I answered.

 “May Ie in?”

 I didn’t yet start changing so I still have the pajamas on. It should be fine. I answer with a “Yes.”

 The maid that opened the door seemed a little younger than Nicole. She was wearing a simr looking dress and apronbo. Her blond shoulder length hair was just loose.

 “Good morning sir Brian.”

 “Good morning.”
