Petite Delicate was extremely excited when she saw the official live broadcast. Her level was too low. After joining the Mad Dragon Guild these past few days and consuming several experience spheres, she barely reached level one. In the guild where everyone else was at level two, she was considered the weakest.
She had been under quite a bit of pressure until Star Rebel told her to take it slow as it was not yet the time for her to truly unleash her power, whichpletely eased her tension.
Seeing that there was nothing else to do at the moment, she turned on the live stream to watch the guild master in action.
As soon as Petite Delicate started the live broadcast, many yers instantly joined in. She warmly greeted these yers, “Hello, everyone! Today, let’s watch our guild master’s battle together.”
Upon entering the game, she opened the spectator mode and unexpectedly, a group of female yers swarmed around the guild master. Petite Delicate could not help butugh at the sight of them fawning over the guild master.
The barrage ofments became diverse at this moment.
“Being powerful is really amazing. Look at these female yers flocking to him. They’re throwing themselves at him.”
“Isn’t that what women do? Whenever they see someone strong, they stick to them like glue. These female yers are of such character. It’s absolutely disgusting.”
“Stop criticizing these female yers here. They see Star Rebel as their idol. Is there something wrong with that? Aren’t you excited when you see your idol?” “Heh, what do you know? If you’re so capable, then you should be in Star Rebel’s position instead of spewing sour words here.”
Petite Delicate nced at thesements and quickly lost interest. She had spent a lot of time in the Mad Dragon Guild and knew the guild master’s personality very well. He was simply a technical enthusiast who never focused on matters of romance. She did not think much of the criticism against him.
The guild master was so powerful, and talented individuals never gave up on progress. These naysaying yers were only thinking about taking advantage of others.
“Alright, everyone, let’s not argue anymore. Let’s focus on watching the guild master’s actions.”
This battle was against an aerial monster bird. It would not be an easy task to defeat it. The observant Petite Delicate noticed that most of the yers matched with them were female yers, and they had no intention of seizing the boss for themselves. Instead, they were chattering away, deliberating on the allure of Star Rebel.
Fleeting Life had also assigned the positions of the Watercloud Guild’s sisters. Their only task was to ensure Han Xing’s space for damage output.
Turban Qiaoqiao’s elven wings expanded evenrger, allowing her to steadily descend from the sky. She was the first tounch an attack on the monster bird.
Han Xing could not fly, but his basic skills were mostly long-range which brought about massive destruction. Dealing with this aerial monster bird was a piece of cake for him.
“Fire Dragon Spell.”
“Lightning Sword.”
After the two skills were unleashed, the enormous Lightning Sword hovering behind him swung in the direction of the flying monster bird as he flicked his finger.
The skill directly hit the monster bird, causing it to stagger, with feathers scattering all around.
“Caw! Caw!”
The call of the monster bird was eerie and chilling, but Han Xing paid no heed. As the bird soared menacingly toward him, he swiftly performed a Lightning Step and leaped onto its long neck.
This unexpected scene left the female yers of the Watercloud Guild, who were protecting him, dumbfounded. How could they protect him like this? Turban Qiaoqiao even stopped her attacks, fearing that she might identally shoot down the guild master.
“Guild master, guild master, are you nning to nip it in the bud?” Petite Delicate looked foolishly at the scene before her.
While Turban Qiaoqiao hesitated, she heard Han Xing’s voice, “Continue the attack.”
Upon hearing the guild master’s words, she signaled the other elven archers to follow suit. However, their assault noticeably weakened. If they allowed the guild master to be eliminated, they would be left without a leader.
Han Xing also noticed their weakened attacks. As the monster bird sensed Han Xing on its back, it thrashed desperately, trying to shake him off.
However, no matter how the monster bird tossed and turned, Han Xing firmly gripped its neck and could not be dislodged.
“Die! Die!”
The monster bird suddenly spoke, albeit with an extremely strange tone. With Han Xing still holding on, it directly mmed into a nearby cliff. At the precise moment of impact, Han Xing performed Lightning Steps and leaped onto a nearby rock.
His speed was incredibly fast, and the other yers could not catch up at all.
With a loud bang, arge crater appeared on the cliff that was struck. A cloud of dust obscured the view, making it difficult for even Petite Delicate, who was observing the match, to see clearly. She instinctively waved her hand, only to realize she was just a spectator.
Amidst everyone’s astonishment, they saw Han Xing emerge unscathed, easing their worries.
“Guild master, be careful!” Turban Qiaoqiao hurriedly shouted. The monster bird had transformed into a humanoid monster behind Han Xing, with its hands made of countless small stones that fell with each movement.
It raised its hand, attempting to strike Han Xing, but to no avail. With a quick motion, a ray of lightning appeared in Han Xing’s hand, condensing into a long Lightning Sword. With supersonic speed, Han Xing dodged to the side and swung the Lightning Sword toward the creature’s abdomen.
“Lightning Ball.”
The Lightning Ball struck the monster bird but caused no harm. Han Xing remained unperturbed and skillfully engaged in a battle with the creature using his Lightning Sword. While the monster bird’s movements were clumsy, Han Xing’s figure was so fast that it almost seemed to have left afterimages.
His adeptbat stance and superior fighting skills left One Sword Horizon dumbfounded. He had put down his longsword and stared at the scene in awe. He kept rubbing his eyes and said, “Could I be mistaken? Guild master, guild master, could it be that you’ve be a warrior?!”
Fourteen Continents had an incredulous look on his face. “I never knew our guild master’sbat skills were this impressive. Why did he choose to be a mage?”
Petite Delicate widened her eyes and stammered to exin, “Guild master, 1 saw you perform a beautiful side kick that cornered the boss, and then you thrust your Lightning Sword directly at its throat, but the monster bird managed to dodge.”
Han Xing’sbat was simply magnificent. Not only could hend precise strikes, but he could also anticipate the enemy’s attack trajectory and counter in advance. Such maneuvers could not be achieved without years of practice.
In the next moment, Han Xing executed a graceful spin followed by a horizontal cleave, sting through the monster bird’s skull with his Lightning Sword.
“Guild master! That attack was splendid!” eximed Petite Delicate in excitement.
Without lingering, Han Xing swiftly stepped back. Just as he expected, the monster instantly transformed into another form..
