Chapter 7: Demonic beast and strange altar


    As the rustling became louder, Yang shi began sweat crazily, he could feel something dangerous nearing him. A ck shadow appeared and it gave Yang shi a soul leading fright. He saw a giant ck panther at least thrice a big from an average tiger. Yang shi thought to retreat but, he found his body frozen. The panther ring at Yang shi with it''s glowing yellow eyes, as it neared Yang shi screamed and tried to faint, unfortunately, he couldn''t faint. The panther showed disdain through its eyes and spoke like a human" Stop, feigning little mortal brat, hmph I couldn''t even feel to hit you with your weak body, *tut* such a weak prey" Yang shi opened his eye and stared at the tiger dazedly, " A-t-talking TIGER???". "Hmph, brat, you dare to call me a taking tiger, I am a mighty demonic beast, I am a darkcloud panther." Yang shi quickly prostrated before the tiger and said " Yes, yes, Oh, mighty, demonic best lord, your power has no bounds, you can destroy a mountain with your single breath..."

    " From your word, it seems you need arge amount of human blood for this altar to activate, but you can''t gather much sacrifice as you can''t attack on human civilization due to a pact, but what if peoplee here by themselves?", Yang Shi grinned mysteriously.


    " You said you can lure humans here?" the panther asked. "You, a meager MORTAL?"


    " Hehe, Beast king, an ant can go to such ces where elephant can''t go. Believe me, I can gather lots of human cultivators here."
