    Yan Su switched off her phone. She couldnt bear to read further and she felt terrible.


    Was she that obvious? She thought she did an all right job.

    At 11:40 p.m., someone knocked on the door. Mo Liuxi dragged his weary body to the door and Yan Su was standing there. They looked at each other and they both had troubling thoughts on their minds.

    Mo Liuxi looked up at her. After the incident that happened a couple days ago, she had said that she felt as if she was being treated like an object. He had to control himself this time. He didnt want to taint their rtionship with hatred and ugliness. He didnt say anything and Yan Su felt a wave of uneasiness.


    She changed into her slippers and walked into the apartment.


    The apartment was the same as she had left it. There werent any surprises in store for her this Christmas. She clutched the ne in her pocket. It was a present she had picked out for him a few days ago.
