    Liza was highly motivated


    “Hmph! Hmph!”


    Liza was swinging her knife around enthusiastically.


    This was the first time I actually saw her using it, and it didn’t seem like she was in any danger of hurting herself.


    Perhaps Mr. Reyndorf had taught her a little, or she learned it while living in the slums.


    Still, as Liza had short arms, she did not look too capable either.

    “Ca-calm down, ire… I have thought this through, understand? Not only can I hold back, but I can make her give up without her getting injured…”


    I could hear Ms. ire’s angry voice… This was probably going to take awhile.


    Ms. ire saw Liza as being like a little sister now, and so she was mad at her father.


    But while he seemed overwhelmed, he tried to exin.


    Still, I also felt worried about the idea of letting Liza fight with a knife…


    Regardless, I was able to listen to their conversation from where I stood. As was Leo, as she had good ears.


    And this is what Mr. Ekenhart said.


    First, in order to determine whether or not she had enough skill, she would have to fight Mr. Ekehnhart.


    Of course, he was only going to dodge her attacks and defend himself.


    Like this, he could see how Liza moved and make a decision.


    And since Liza had not been trained to use a weapon, there was no way that she would be able to do anything. His expectation was that she would just swing in the air and never hit him.

    Sebastian finally went in and stopped Ms. ier.

    As Tilura was also nodding, Mr. Ekenhart promised to be extra careful.


    Ms. ire really was merciless when it came to her father…well, Ms. Anne as well… But she was nice to almost everyone else.


    Leo was also ring at Mr. Ekenhart.


    At this point, I was starting to feel sorry for him.


    After all, it was Liza who had insisted on it.


    …That being said, if Liza did get hurt, even I wouldn’t be able to stop Leo.
