Today I focused on getting myself ready to start flesh manipulation. Solidifying minor concepts that I wasn’t able to cover, or at least not cover very well while perfecting the berries, and going over exactly what I am going to attempt. All of this took the better part of the day.


    I saw Thes and Mest sparring outside my grove today. It was obvious Mest was holding back, as he is more than capable of subduing the bearzerker when both are going all out. Every time Thes managed to get close to Mest they just called it Thes’s win because Mest can’t really take a hit from Thes, but if Mest subdued Thes before he got close then Mest won.     I thought about sparring myself for a little while with my puppet, but no, I don’t think I''m going to fight again for a very long time. I still see the faces of the people I killed in my dreams, it isn’t as bad anymore, and this whole thing with the book has helped distract myself quite a lot, but they won’t go away.


    On a happier note, Willow made a crown of clouds for me to wear for a while. It was a nice gesture and it shows how much she’s advanced in her ability to control her storms. I’m happy for her.
