Chapter 13: Impudence
As the warm sun rays descended on Rong Zian''s glowing skin, he opened his eyes feeling extremely rxed. Sitting up straight on the edge of the bed, he hastily felt around his chest as though checking if his body parts were still intact and he thought, ''Phew.....I survived the night.''
With his mood at an extreme high, he rose from the bed with the intention of scavenging for food but was startled at the sight of Wu Yange sitting on a chair with his back facing him. If Rong Zian could visually see one''s aura, he could say the prince was dark and sinister. With no fear of the consequences, he approached the gruesome prince with every intention of poking the bear.
"Your Highness, what a pleasant surprise," he said nervously,ughing leaning forward as though to take a sneak peek of his face. He was terrified with what he saw but he kept hisposure. The prince looked pale as though ill with dark circles under his eyes, his expression as dark as night. As though daft, Rong Zian didn''t care for the dark energy exuding from the prince and kept on bothering him.
"I slept extremely well, aren''t you d I didn''t get attackedst night," he said in a cocky voice and the prince replied solemnly gritting his teeth,
"Rong Zian."
Not thinking much of his response, he continued with no regard for his safety, "What? .....Did something happenst night? Wait, did I get attackedst night?"
The prince called out his name a little louder than before gnashing his teeth while clenching his fists, "Rong Zian," with a scowl between his brows.
No one had dared to touch him but he had been fondled all over by this man. Let''s not even mention what happened to his lower half. Wu Yange was overwhelmed with unbearable emotions including anger, embarrassment and fear which was a terriblebination.
Gasping loudly, he replied, "You got attackedst night, where does it hurt?" frantically checking if Wu Yange was injured. His actions were tipping the prince over the edge so as thest warning he turned to Rong Zian with a death stare.
"Don''t touch me!" yelled Wu Yange reaching his limit. Since young, he had mild haphephobia and didn''t let anyone near here but Rong Zian had managed to cross that boundary in just a short period.
Rong Zian backed off terrified, he couldn''t help but think if the prince hadser beam eyes, he would have been sliced into a million pieces by now.
"Okay, okay, I get it. You aren''t in a pleasant mood but nothing you can do to me can spoil my high spirits becausest night I had an amazing dream," he said as though boasting and seeing that he had grasped Wu Yange''s attention, he continued, "Do you want to know what it was?" With a mischievous expression written all over his face, he leaned closer to the prince and said, "I dreamt cuddling up with a dazzling maiden all night," seemingly amused.
The prince snapped and couldn''t hold back any longer, he yelled, "Impudence!" at the top of his voice as he flung his chair to the wall in a fit of rage. The extreme reaction caught Rong Zian by surprise, he could only think, ''shit, I am dead,'' and ran away from him as fast as he could but unfortunately, he wasn''t fast enough. The enraged prince kicked Rong Zian with so much force that he flew out of the room andnded straight into a koi pond right by the door.
How he survived, Rong Zian had no clue but his buttocks had taken a hard blow, he could barely stand up. His whole body drenched in water, he stood up murmuring, "For such a grown man, he has the temper of a young mistress," but he didn''t get to finish hisint as he felt something slimy wiggling around his groin.
Terrified he started yelling and squirming as he feverishly searched his pants. The noise attracted a few maidens who hade out into the courtyard to see what the ruckus was all about.
Just as Rong Zian took out the poor fish from his pants, Wu Yange came out as well as concerned for him on to witness such a scene. Seeing how Rong Zian was yelling over nothing, the prince angrily flung a book whichnded right into Rong Zian''s face.
