Even with her vast experience, Su Yu had never encountered a heaven vein dragon qi of this nature. It resembled an astral dragon, pulsating with cosmic energy, as if the very stars themselves had taken form.
Su Yu then grabbed her now glowing spear. While the starlight on it had dimmed, it still pulsated with power.
Just then, an eight-vein Heaven Saintunched a sneak attack on her. Su Yu instinctively raised her weapon to block, resulting in a deafening explosion.

Given the vast energy gathered here, he had anticipated forming at least two astral veins, if not three.
