    Hn Fangnian was heartbroken. Yan Qingsi’s words were sharp and filled with sorrow. She was just a girl in her twenties but the experiences she had gone through were way beyond her age.


    Hn Fangnian nodded. “Alright, we’ll leave those days behind. Neither of us will speak about it again. Can we... just give ourselves a new start?”


    Yan Qingsi remained silent. Hn Fangnian was a nice person but she’s not!


    Yan Qingsi gave it a thought. ‘Never mind, it’s in the past, nothing much to say about it now.’ She turned around and intended to leave.


    Hn Fangnian called out to her, “Qingsi, why didn’t you tell me your real name?”


    Yan Qingsi smiled with mockery. “You did not tell me you were Hn Fangnian either.”


    Hn Fangnian exined quickly, “I was overseas. I didn’t think it would be useful to stick with my Chinese name.”


    Yan Qingsi turned over. “Simrly, me too. When I got to know you, I’ve never thought of having a longsting friendship, neither have I wanted you to know me. Today, you have seen how evil and underhanded I can be. I am this kind of person.”


    “No, you’re not...”


    “Oh yes, I am. How long have you known me? Do you think you know me that well?”


    Hn Fangnian stared at Yan Qingsi’s eyes. “The Yan Qingsi I knew was not like this and should not be this way either.”

    Yue Tingfeng reacted immediately by hugging Yan Qingsi in his arms, kissing her tightly. Hn Fangnian’s face turned ashen in an instant.
