    Dai Jie looked annoyed. No wonder Jiang Mingyue had the guts to insist upon her innocence. From the looks of it, she had nothing to fear since she was Mr. Qi’s disciple.


    Dai Jie had heard about Mr. Qi before. He was the toughest character in the faculty. Someone was forced to quit school for all kinds of reasons after offending Mr. Qi.


    If Mr. Qi genuinely got involved, Huo Yao would end up losing her reputation even though it was her idea which had been stolen. She might even get bullied by the other teachers in the faculty.


    Dai Jie looked worried thinking about this. He regretted speaking so rashly.


    Even though she had suffered giarism, she would get over it in time. If the other teachers in the faculty decided to pick on her, it would be a fate worse than giarism.


    They could really ruin her if they wanted to do it!


    Dai Jie looked at the door quietly for a while before he turned to look at Huo Yao. He opened his mouth and said with great difficulty, “Huo Yao… why don’t we forget it?”


    “We can’t afford to offend Mr. Qi.” Dai Jie smiled sadly. He wanted to protect Huo Yao, but he was powerless.


    That was how the world worked. People with powerful allies always had thestugh.


    Huo Yao noticed how bad Dai Jie felt and suddenly smiled and asked. “Did you ask me over to take a look at your work because there were problems with their calctions and you were unable to have any sess with theparative testing?


    Dai Jie did not know why Huo Yao suddenly asked about this. He simply nodded. “I have been helping them with this recently. I am not a calction expert, but they think everything was right. In that case, I must have made a mistake with the data analysis.”


    This was the reason he wanted to seek Huo Yao’s help.


    He felt his data analysis was correct.


    Huo Yao nodded. She gestured at Dai Jie for them to leave and said, “Were you only able to achieve 97% sess no matter what you tried?”


    Dai Jie followed behind Huo Yao and looked at her profile in surprise. “That’s right. I kept getting stuck at that.”


    Huo Yao looked calm. She walked over to the lift and pressed the lift button. “There was nothing wrong with the data or your calctions. You were simply missing some core data.”


    Dai Jie was stunned.


    Huo Yao entered the lift when the door opened. When Dai Jie finally realized the lift was here, he hurriedly followed behind her. “Core data?”


    Huo Yao acknowledged softly. She raised her head and looked at the panel over the lift as the lift came downstairs. There was a profound look in her eyes.


    Despite copying all her calctions, Jiang Mingyue was unfortunately not good at data analysis, so she was oblivious to some core data which she had entered while performing theparative testing.


    This was the reason that Huo Yao could achieve 100% during theparative test while Dai Jie could only get 97% uracy.


    The key problem here was theck of understanding of the topic.


    If Jiang Mingyue worked hard enough, it wasn’t impossible to notice the core data. Sadly, sometimes people were so stupid that they were unable to achieve sess even after they went as far as giarizing.


    The lift chimed when they arrived on the ground floor and the two of them walked out one after another.


    Dai Jie had trouble absorbing what Huo Yao had just said.. After walking some distance from theboratory block, he finally looked at Huo Yao. “You mean no matter what, they are destined to fail?”
