Chapter 363: He Is Actually The Child’s Father

Chapter 363: He Is Actually The Child’s Father

    Trantor: Yunyi Editor: Yunyi

Back when they signed their contract, they had agreed not to interfere with each other’s social lives; even if he was to find a woman on the outside, she couldn’t make a fuss about it.

Had Lu Xuechen found a woman and was she calling him?

Were their backgrounds so far apart that his family disagreed with their rtionship, thus he found her to have a contract marriage with him?

Apart from getting Wen Xinmei off his back, did he do this to protect the woman he loved?

    ...

Lu Xuechen took his mobile phone out of the room and walked out onto therge balcony on the third floor, still wearing his white suit from the reception.

He looked at his phone but he didn’t click the message he received immediately. He simply reached out, pulled his tie, and unbuttoned the top two buttons of his shirt.

He leaned upright against the wall like a flower boy from aic.

After a while of silence, Lu Xuechen finally opened the message his assistant sent him with the video from the bar.

His assistant expressed that this was the clearest photo he could get.

Although the woman in the video was still wearing a mask, Lu Xuechenpared her to Lin Jiayu, and it was obvious that, no matter her body shape or exposed appearance, they were exactly the same.

    Lu Xuechen was shocked.

He stared at the video for a long while without giving a reaction.

How could the ugly girl from that night really be Lin Jiayu?

Was he actually the man that made Lin Jiayu pregnant that night?

As the involved party himself, he thought this was a ridiculous story, like a thrilling ghost story.

Shock, joy, anger, and impulse...All kinds of messy emotions were mixed together.

Lu Xuechen was furious and immediately dialed Fang Zhihan’s number with his mobile phone. He lowered his voice and said, “Did you already know, Mr. Fang? Why didn’t you tell me? If Lin Jiayu agreed to marry someone else, then my son would have called someone else Dad!”

Fang Zhihan said indifferently, “I didn’t know. I just happened to see Lin Jiayu before she was fully recovered.”

    He simply shared his guess.

Lu Xuechen snorted coldly, his tone still full of resentment, “Mr. Fang, don’t think I will thank you. If your assistant didn’t feed me wine and try to throw me towards that group of rich women that night, I wouldn’t have met Lin Jiayu and gotten into that ident.”

After speaking, he hung up the phone.

Lu Xuechen closed his eyes and a smile suddenly formed on his lips with slight confusion.

The kid was actually his. He was about to be a father.

He never expected to suddenly have a child. It was a strange feeling. He felt a little unsettled, a little nervous, and he felt a bit of anticipation.

That night was their wedding night. Most importantly, it was going to be a sleepless night.

Lu Xuechen sped the phone, wondering how to tell Lin Jiayu that he was the father of her child.

After nning what he wanted to say, Lu Xuechen decided to return to the room.

But, just as he turned around, he was startled by the person behind him. He slightly furrowed his brows and looked at the woman in front of him, “Sis, why are you standing here?”

Lu Jingyi’s expression darkened like she was trying to contain a storm, “I should be asking you what you’re doing here? Why aren’t you apanying your wife on your wedding night and standing out here on the windy balcony instead?”

Her eyes fell sharply on Lu Xuechen’s face as though she was trying to see through him.
