    Shen Yin picked up the umbre, holding it over Zhengzheng as they entered the vegetable garden. Zhengzheng was delighted to see the tomatoes, cucumbers, and string beans hanging from the vines.

    "Okay." Zhengzheng reached out to touch the small cucumbers, then turned to caress the little tomatoes. Perhaps feeling the heat, they decided to head back.


    Kang''s mother watched from the kitchen window, making a mental note of the vegetable garden.


    As Shen Yin was leaving, Kang''s mother picked some cucumbers and tomatoes and handed them to her. "Miss, these aren''t expensive, but they''re homegrown and fresh."

    Shen Yin felt a flush of heat near her ear and shifted away slightly.


    "Mom, what''s wrong?" Zhengzheng asked, standing nearby.


    "Nothing, Mom''s fine," Shen Yin replied, smoothing her dress before crouching down to pick up Zhengzheng.


    "Why are you carrying him? That must be tiring," Xu Xiuhemented.


    Zhengzheng smiled at Xu Xiuhe, his eyes shining with mischief. "Dad, Mom is carrying me, not you. Aren''t you upset?"


    "If Dad is upset, what will you do?" Xu Xiuhe asked.


    Zhengzheng reached out his arms. "Then since Mom isn''t carrying you, I''ll carry you instead."


    Xu Xiuhe took Zhengzheng, thinking to himself, "Your mom has carried me more times than she''s carried you."


    At the mixer, someone had discreetly taken a photo. The Gxy Couple''s fans had never expected to witness such a sweet moment at a mere mixer.


    Worried that his presence might make the employees feel ufortable, Xu Xiuhe took his wife and child to a less crowded area.
