Chapter 88: The Crimson Terror

In response to Loki''s piercing gaze, he mustered the warmest smile he could and met his eyes squarely. "So, what''s this ''Order of the Eternal me'' all about? And why the sudden jumpiness when it was mentioned?" His lips quivered slightly, his expression tensing.

But his burning curiosity about the origins of that crimson aura overshadowed any unease he felt towards the cunning figure before him.

    .....

Loki''s eyes twitched a little when he heard what Azmond said. He didn''t like how he phrased his reaction to the crimson aura.

It wasn''t like he was scared or anything. The organization that stemmed from the aura just put him on edge a little. That''s all it was. He swears it on his brother''s future promiscuous activities...

"..." Thor was practically rolling in his grave full of celibacy right about now.

    .....

Anyway, Loki decided he should answer the mortals'' questions. It wouldn''t harm him even if he did tell him everything he knew about that organization.

''I wonder why my saying of the ''Order Of The Eternal me'' incited no reaction from whatever caused the crimson aura phenomenon, but something urred when the blonde pervert said it?''

''Is there something special about the way he said it? Or am I just too weak to alert the existence thaty on the other end...? Azmond''s emotions fluctuated a little when he thought of thetter possibility being the case.

''That Crimson Aura bastard is underestimating me...'' His expression turned a little malicious when he thought of the things he would do to that crimson aura.

''Just wait until I''m strong enough, Order Of The Eternal me. When that dayes... Heh.'' A wide, crazed smile emerged on his face. That smile led to a dark, sinister aura beginning to leak out of him.

Loki was looking at this scene with a slightly amused smile on his face. ''This human is something else, alright.'' An intense cunningness nearly flooded out of him before he lightly shrugged his head.

He promised himself to leave useless topics forter. Right now, he needed to answer the mortals question, lest this conversation continue progressing at a snail''s pace.

Loki may be a god who had lived for too many years to count, but that didn''t mean he liked wasting his time any more than the next person.

"The Order Of The Eternal me is an organization that has been around since before I was born." Loki began speaking in a cryptic tone.

Azmond immediately came out of his stupor as he listened with rapt attention. He may be vindictive to those who slight him, but that didn''t mean he would lose track of the main matter at hand.

And the most important thing for him right now was figuring out what sort of organization was capable of scaring even self-proimed ''gods''.

"And, how old are you?" Azmond asked with an inquisitive expression.

He really wanted to know just how many years it took for the blonde pervert to be so powerful.

    .......

Loki was left standing with a dumbfounded look overtaking his features before he began speaking with a wry smile. "Out of all the questions you could ask, you asked the one not the least bit rted to the Order I really don''t know whether you''re a stupid or smart mortal."

Loki''s opinion of the mortal was all over the ce. He truly couldn''t understand how someone could be as unhinged as Azmond

Azmond, pletely oblivious to the blonde pervert''s inner turmoil, simply responded with. "Yes."

He didn''t feel the need to further borate on his inner desires for a pervert. He might develop another weird fetish if Azmond told him what he was thinking

Loki was not liking the way he said itnot a bit. But he would hold on to his reservations for now. It wasn''t like Azmond had crossed any of his bottom lines, yet

He let out an exasperated sigh before reluctantly answering Azmond''s useless question. "I stopped keeping track of time many eons ago, but if I were to guess" A contemtive look emerged on his face as he took a good bit of time brooding over the question.

He truly didn''t have a very urate ount of his own age, so he just made a guesstimate. "I am nearing my 100 millionth birthday." His words oozed confidence. He was positive; that was a pretty close estimate of his actual age.

''One Hundred Million Years Old!?!?'' Azmond was more than a little taken aback by this revtion.

Loki was treating his own age like it wasn''t a big deal, so Azmond naturally assumed that it would be something within reason.

He never would''ve expected that the blonde pervert was almost as old as Earth! How could such a being stay alive for such a long period of time? Or is his cultivation level so ridiculously high that the passing of time truly holds no meaning to him?

''Is he truly a genuine ''God''?? He has repeatedly stated that he was a ''god'' and I was but a mere ''mortal''. But I assumed that he was just so far up his own ass that he grew a godplex. I never would''ve thought that he might actually be a ''god'' in every meaning of the word...''

''And here I thought he was just some random tribtion transcendence or Mahayana Realm cultivator that was camping out in this dimension. Waiting for his ''prey'' to show up before ''devouring'' them...''

Azmond felt a shiver go down his spine when he recalled the ''lecherous'' looks of the blonde pervert. A blonde pervert that could in fact be a ''God''.

''Does that make him The Pervert god or something?'' Azmond thought to himself with a solemn expression.

''All God''s rule over a certain aspect of existence, right? Or am I confusing Eastern Gods with Western Gods?'' He pondered over a useless topic again.

However, he eventually gave up as his mind wandered back to the age of the blonde pervert.

''He is older than most ster bodies out there, and yet he acts like being hundreds of times older than any known civilization is as normal as ites''

This piece of information only further astonished him when he recalled the blonde pervert saying ''The Order Of The Eternal me'' was older than himself...

What sort of organization was this Order for it to be capable of keeping itself afloat for a hundred million plus years!?
