    The road appeared to be made of some greenish stone. As Li Fan walked on it, he was startled to discover that the spiritual energy inside his body had suddenly settled into silence.


    It was as though it had lost its vitality, and despite Li Fan’s efforts to mobilize it, he could not stir it at all.
