    Bai Qinghao carried her to the bathroom and turned on the hot water to help her wash up.


    He also took a quick shower in between.


    He then reached for his shirt, which had been left on the bedside table and handed it to her to use as a towel.

    The room was instantly filled with the delicious scent of the food.

    She checked the time to see that it was 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon.

Have a meal here first. The dishes were prepared by the Yu Ting Vi’s chefs in the hotel’s kitchen. I’m worried that if we take time to switch to a different location, you won’t be able to bear the hunger.”


    His thoughtfulness left her deeply touched. She nced at the dishes on the table.
