As the yers held him, they jolted in shock as Legs suddenly started shrinking. In just a few seconds, Legs became a young and cute 15-year-old boy.

Prince Christensen was not exactly a great thinker, but on seeing this scene, a lot of things went through his mind that confirmed some suspicions that he had but have been ignoring since due to blind faith in Legs.

As for Predator, in these few seconds since Legs copsed, he already devoured the flesh of the Wraith Wolf.

Lucky may be a stubborn personality, but in these few months spent alongside Legs, her intelligence told her how important he was in her life.
Though unlike Legs''s contracted beasts she would not die if Legs died, she still could not allow Legs to die on any circumstances.
"You 3 are humans, don''t you know any herbs to cure him!" Lucky was anxious as she soon directed her ire towards the 3 humans.
Having seen Legs perform miracles countless times through his knowledge of herbs, she now expected the same from the 3 humans but she was up for a big disappointment as all 3 stared at her helplessly.
Prince Christensen could only cry as he hugged the little 15-year-old boy. "Legs, please don''t die".

Unknown to them, while they mourned and worried, Legs already regained some color in his face as mysterious changes went on in his body.
Unknown to them also, Ak also fell asleep at some point already. 2 of them seemed to follow Predator''s lead through their soul connection.

Once he read it all, he was shocked as he finally understood.

Even with all the wolves that would soon be part of his herd, fighting against the swordmaster and his subordinates and surviving was not guaranteed.
With his 2 contracted beasts bing Grade D beasts now though, his chances of sess increased significantly.
As for his grade level up mission, he could also finish it now and be a Grade D superhuman since he received a missionpletion card afterpleting the mission of saving Mr. Keane''s life some time ago.
He didn''t use it though. With Predator''s genius that led to this favorable situation, he was now confident of killing the freak swordmaster.
At this moment, having seen Ak and Predator be Grade D beasts before their eyes, Lucky, Prince Christensen, and the yers stood and looked on in awe having forgotten the injured Legs already.
When they noticed movement and turned to see Legs having recovered a bit, they were shocked too but Legs didn''t pay attention to them.
He ignored them all and walked towards Predator. Though Predator didn''t increase in size, he gained muscle mass, he was definitely far stronger now.
