Introduction: Lenore has dreams of flying and feels a sense of grief while looking towards the heavens when it''s raniing. She sees an angel in the rain, her guardian angel Thornevald, who believes that he has failed her for becoming tainted. He knew her from another lifetime and failed to save her.. Unfortunately, the Agents of Heaven find Lenore to be an abomination that must be purged from this Earth, and Lenore is hidden within the Earth realm to escape from her heavenly pursuers. An Exorcist named Marius Belvederes finds her and puts her underneath his protection, though in reality he wanted to study a paranormal phenomenon and find an angel of some sort so that he could give the middle finger to God himself for messing up the world he created. Lenore, in the meantime, wants to become human so that she could fulfill a wish of hers from long ago....
