Once almost all the ebons had been killed and their ships taken down, the troops of the alliance of now ten Infinitum Regal ns heartilyughed and celebrated their win.
The ebons had lost so many astral gods in recent times that they’d been pulled down to the level of everyone else. They used to have twice as many forces as Yi Daiyan, yet she had managed to turn the other ns into her allies,pletely seizing the advantage. The army of the Infinitum Bodhimanda was now twice the size of the ebons.
"Shenxi Xingtian must be going insane from yet another loss."
"He deserves it for betraying his allies!"

"Come. There’s still quite a few roaming wildbeasts at Greenhill. Let’s help clean them out." The former allies of the ebons were more than eager to help. They had to, now that they had changed sides and wanted to get in their good graces.

As the army was clearing up the battlefield after regaining control over it, the astralguard formation visibly shook. Everyone saw a ghastly head descend from the skies over Greenhill, covered in thick ck smoke. The moment it appeared, it opened its mouth and shot out a red pir of light; it was the annihting nova source beam of an infinitum-ss astralship!
Shenxi Xingtian had finally returned, and he was attacking Greenhill. Even though he was toote to save his army, that didn''t matter much, as the true game changers of astral warfare were infinitum-ss astralships. While the Infinitum Stele could be used to breach defensive formations, the Ebonfiend could be used to destroy them outright!
"Be careful!" The sudden reentry of the Ebonfiend hade just as the beast wave was weakening. The defensive formation around Greenhill looked dim, as if it was at its very limit. If it couldn''t hold up against the Ebonfiend''s attack, tens of millions of gods might be killed just like that.
"Engage the formation spirit threads!" Yushan Taifeng yelled. Everyone and their beasts poured power into the defensive formation, but there was far too little time.
"Shenxi Xingtian must be absolutely enraged...." People waited with bated breath.
In that tense moment, a streak of ck and gold shot out from the subterranean world, breaking through the defensive formation and shing with the beam unleashed by the Ebonfiend! While the sword sh was much smaller than the beam, it seemed far sharper and was easily able to sh through the center of the pir of light, partially scattering it before it collided with the defensive formation.
The formation rumbled, causing the whole of Greenhill to feel the aftershock vibrations. All over the ce, the ground cracked open, buildings fell, and ornatendscapes were ruined. However, the formation itself held up and there were only a few indirect casualties.
Those in Greenhill regained their confidence in their savior. "All hail the rex mundi!"
As they looked on in worship, Yi Daiyan came flying out of the subterranean world, turning into a white streak of light as she rose into the sky, her sword pointed at the gigantic ck head. The Ebonfiend and the Infinitum Stele were finally going to sh in a battle between two foundationeers that many had yearned to see.
s, they had overestimated Shenxi Xingtian''s bravery, for the Ebonfiend suddenly turned around and used all its power to fly off in another direction right after the first attack with all the speed an infinitum-ss ship could muster.
Yi Daiyan almost caught up, but she couldn''t sustain that speed for long, so she returned to Greenhill. Shenxi Xingtian had fled, but that had onlypletely humiliated him. The other ns finally understood who the ultimate ruler of Ebonia and god of the Infinitum Bodhimanda was!
"The sanctlighters'' ether-ss ships have beenpletely destroyed, but they were still willing to hand their formation core to the first rex mundi and even serve her."
"That means, of the thirteen Infinitum Regal ns, eleven stand on her side."
