To do so, Qi Min nearly pierced through her palm with her fingernail.
Her eyes brimmed with tears. “Brother Zhai, you should know that I’ve never treated you like a biological brother. I’ve always… Brother Zhai, how could you not know how I felt all these years? Brother Zhai, we were fine in the past. Can you tell me why you suddenly think of me as a sister instead of your partner or fiancée?”
Zhai Yaohui felt a little guilty because of Qi Min’s question.

Zhai Yaohui realized that he had always been rather vague toward Qi Min. His actions made it unclear whether he regarded Qi Min as a sister or a partner.

Even when faced with the years of rtionships they had built up and Zhai Yaohui’s foolish decision, neither Old Zhai nor Grandma Zhai had tried to stop Zhai Yaohui. The elderly couple had even respected Zhai Yaohui’s foolish wishes!
Qi Min hated the Zhai family to her guts.
She wanted to see just how well the Zhai family would do in the future since they would rather have an ignorant countryside bumpkin as their daughter-inw and give up such a good daughter-inw like her!
There woulde a day the Zhai family would regret choosing Miao Jing over her!
She would definitely wait for such a day toe. She would use facts to prove to the Zhai family that only women like her had the right to be the mistress of a family like the Zhai family.
“It’s impossible.” Zhai Yaohui had already thought it through. It was impossible between him and Qi Min. Of course, he couldn’t give Qi Min any room for imagination.
