The doctors standing at the door kept mum. The hospital could not shirk its responsibility when a patient under its care was taken away. Before they figured out what to do, Huo Yunting had left.
A private jet flew past the sky over the city and, a few hourster, itnded in the capital.
Huo Li was behind the wheel. He asionally nced at Huo Yunting, who sat in the backseat. Things were not looking good as his wife had abandoned Huo Yunting again.
The second master was too impulsive; he took Lu Zhaoyang away twice. Even if it was for treatment, Huo Yunting could always bring her abroad. Huo Chen should never have done that. He could almost foresee the fury of Brother Ting upon arriving at the Huo family.
Huo Li stopped in front of the mansion of the Huo family. Filled with anger, Huo Yunting went straight into the house.
As soon as he stepped into the living room, Huo Yunting saw the olddy sitting on the sofa with a glowering face.
“Grandma,” Huo Yun frowned. “What happened?” He had put a lid on the news of Lu Zhaoyang’s ident. The family should not have known it. So, he figured that grandma’s expression must be rted to Huo Chen.
“Huo Chen, the rebellious child, has applied to leave the military! I have just learned about it, but I could not contact him! This stinky rascal has just given up his future!”
The olddy suddenly looked up at Huo Yunting. “Is it rted to Lu Zhaoyang?” Huo Chen’s prior absence from the military force was also because of Lu Zhaoyang, she thought.
This time, Huo Chen had upped the ante. It must be for the same reason.
Huo Yunting’s mind suddenly went nk when he heard what the olddy said.
Huo Chen was leaving the military? The phrase erged before his mind’s eyes indefinitely. They had cut off all rtionships, leaving everything behind?
Huo Yunting rushed upstairs before the olddy continued.
The olddy’s heart missed a beat when she sensed the Huo Yunting’s distress.
“So, Huo Chen has left with Lu Zhaoyang?” She muttered to herself. Suddenly, with a sweep of her hand, the old oldy threw everything on the coffee table to the floor.
How could she give birth to such a stupid son. What sins had the Huo familymitted that they deserved this?
Meanwhile, Huo Yunting had gone upstairs. Xue Yuming was sitting in front of the dressing table, applying her make-up when Huo Yunting stormed into her room. She was so freaked out that she dropped the face powder on the floor.
“Yunting, when did youe back?” Xue Yuming stuttered.
“Where is she?” Huo Yunting demanded. Now, there was only a terrible cold left in his eyes, which looked as if they were going to pierce through her face.
“I am asking you; where is Lu Zhaoyang?” he demanded again.
Xue Yuming got to her feet and retreated panickily as Huo Yunting stepped closer. “What? I have no idea!”
“Are you not telling me the truth?” Huo Yunting extended his hand slowly.
Xue Yuming was panicked. She was totally clueless of the truth that he meant. But if she did not respond appropriately, Huo Yunting would definitely not give up.
With her right hand pressing against the closet, Xue Yuming suddenly remembered what she said when she and the olddy yactedst time. She paused for a moment before shouting, “I really don’t know! After she helped me, I promised to let her go to pursue her love, and that I would not bother her again! I don’t know where she has gone! She won’t tell me!”
