Yan Se nced at him and walked away. She and Huo Li had known each other for ten years; they both had a tacit understanding of each other. By merely looking at his careless attitude, Yan Se knew that Huo Li was doing something. So, she left it to him. But she still got ants in her pants waiting for the answer.
At the end of the morning meeting, Lu Bai turned to Lu Zhaoyang next to him. “Sister, can I live in the hotel? I don’t need a bodyguard.” He could take care of himself, and the most important reason was that he had things to do.
“No, Yan Se can ensure your safety.” Huo Yunting spoke before Lu Zhaoyang could say anything. “Let me teach you how to deal with a woman bully; deal with her as she deals with you, and beat her at her own game.”
Lu Zhaoyang red at Huo Yunting for giving Lu Bai misguided advice. Just when she was about to say something, Huo Yunting grabbed her hand by her wrist and dragged her to the president’s office.
Lu Zhaoyang managed to free herself from his hand in front of his office. “I have to sort out the minutes and no time to y childish hand-holding game with you.”
“If you don’t like this, we can do something else, such as...” he leaned over with a smirk, “kissing, and...”
Lu Zhaoyang could feel his hot breath as Huo Yunting’s face was close to hers. “Please mind your behaviour,” Lu Zhaoyang bounced back like a frightened bunny, “you are in front of your office!” Was he not worried that others might overhear his ambivalent conversation?
Huo Yunting looked on as Lu Zhaoyang got away. It was not that he was not aware of where he was; it was just that he did not like the fact that Lu Zhaoyang was avoiding him and wanting to have nothing to do with him. So, he had no choice but to force his hand. Unfortunately, there was no escape use in their rtionship.

“Tsk tsk.” Qiu Jin took a sip of red wine and walked gracefully toward Xiang Jinxi. “I heard that someone had picked up the person before you did. What a shame.”
“What shame?” Xiang Jinxi adjusted his sunsses and took the wine ss that Qiu Jin handed to him. “I did it on purpose.”
Qiu Jin sat down next to him. “Huo Yunting’s secretary is damn good. I met her once abroad. My parents saw the potential in her and wanted her in ourpany.”
“I bet she refused.”
“Yes, she had a job at the time. She is loyal—I like her.” While saying, Qiu Jin nced at Xiang Jinxi, who had a cold expression all the time. “It seems that you know her well.”
A faint smile suddenly appeared on Xiang Jinxi’s lips. “She used to work in one of my subsidiarypanies. I bought thepany just to lure her in.” Xiang Jinxi used Lu Zhaoyang to obtain insider information about Thunderbolt Corp, and he seeded. Lu Zhaoyang was not the person leaking the bid of the Golden Territory project, but it was her existence that helped give Thunderbolt Corp a heavy blow.
Xiang Jinxi had wanted to pull off a bigger move. But before he could set his n in motion, Lu Zhaoyang met an ident, left thepany and disappeared for four years. Lu Zhaoyang might have left, but his idea of revenge was still ongoing.
“Wayward!” Something suddenly came to mind, and Qiu Jin turned to look at him. “Oh ya, she has a son.”
“Who is the father?”
