Luna went even further, clutching her stomach and bursting intoughter. It was only when Keith patted her to get her attention that she restrained herself and said, “Sorry, that was a little rude of me.”
Xiao Ying smiled and shook her head. “No, you’re very cute like this.”
Luna liked her even more now, smiling as she said, “I knew you would like me, haha.”
Afterughing enough, she continued, “It’s the payment from the university for inviting you as a guest lecturer.”
Xiao Ying waved her hands and said, “No need.”
“Then is it the patent fees that you want? The university can help you apply for that as well,” Luna said.
Xiao Ying waved her hands again and said, “I don’t want money.” After thinking for a while, she still made a request. “I just want to ask if you can teach this procedure to other hospitals after some of the students finish learning it. I want to universalize this procedure so that every patient can ess and afford it.”
Luna looked at Xiao Ying’s serious expression and said sentimentally, “I was thinking too close-minded. You’re a good child.”
After discussing a rough schedule for her lectures, Xiao Ying went looking for Qin Yue.
Qin Yue had already woken up early in the afternoon.
He was told that his leg was saved, but he still maintained his cold expression.
He looked to Xiao Ying and said, “I made the right bet.”
When he had first seen Xiao Ying, he had indeed been drawn in by her confidence. He agreed to the procedure because he had nothing to lose, and in the end, he won.
Xiao Ying smiled and said, “There’s still a tough battle ahead, but I believe you can definitely win.”
The materials that Xiao Ying requested yesterday had been moved into the room. She used a bandage to wrap Qin Yue’s wound tightly and then let him walk slowly.
The tearing sensation from the wound came again, and cold sweat trickled down his face.
Xiao Ying watched with trepidation. She had already known that it would hurt, but when she saw it with her own eyes, her heart couldn’t help but tremble.
Especially when she saw Qin Yue gritting his teeth and not making a sound, she felt even more ufortable. However, this was a step he must take.

“That’s all for today’s rehabilitation. I’lle back tomorrow,” said Xiao Ying.
Qin Yue took a sip of water, his face pale as he nodded.
Xiao Ying left the ward and told Kes to postpone today’s ss. She had something to do tonight.
Keith nodded. Seeing her hasty expression, he asked, “Where are you going? Let me drive you.”
Luna appeared out of nowhere and said, “Yeah, let him drive you. He’s got nothing to do anyway.”
Seeing her teasing gaze, Keith called out helplessly, “Aunt.”
Xiao Ying smiled and said, “I just need to make a trip back to the school. Qin Yue doesn’t look good today. The process is too painful. Even if he can persevere, it might not be the same for others. I’ll go back and see if I can prescribe some supplementary medicine.”
“Why don’t you just do the research in my hospital? I have all kinds of drugs and equipment,” Keith suggested.
Xiao Ying asked in surprise, “You have aboratory in the hospital?”
Keith didn’t waste any time and brought her to theboratory entrance. After entering, she realized that the equipment here was no less advanced than that of the school.
Xiao Ying asked curiously, “Who uses thisb?”
Keith coughed and said awkwardly, “I originally thought we needed aboratory, so we had one built. After we got theb, I forgot that we didn’t have any researchers, so it’s been left unused.”
Xiao Ying’s lips twitched, speechless. No wonder she thought it was strange. So it wasn’t actually used at all.
Looking at the room full of advanced equipment, she felt that he was truly wasting precious gifts.
She wrote a list and handed it to him. It contained all the herbs and drugs she needed.
Keith immediately went into preparation. Packages of herbs were sent in, and Xiao Ying began working.
