Goblins are a small green midgets they are hideous smell awful and have rough warty skin. But like all monsters there is something special about them they have females in their species yet they kidnap females from other humanoid species and impregnate. Most people just slaughter them never wondering why or even how they are able to breed with other races. Once a goblin has intercourse with another race the sperm devours the egg and starts to create the genes of a goblin to make a goblin the egg actually gets devoured but it doesn''t cease to exist there will always be the mothers gene in the goblin also but they are suppressed by the rest of the goblin cells but the times when the other genes are able to overcome the suppression that''s when you get a goblin shaman, warrior, king. All those goblins come from above normal mothers like adventurers or other genetically superior humanoids like elves or dwarfs but that''s enough with how they reproduce. Evolution is a thing for goblins and many other monsters they all start from somewhere. Hobgoblins are the evolved form of the goblin they are more powerful and toller compared to their unevolved form. Goblins as a species aren’t powerful but they have numbers to their advantage and from every 100 goblins there is a warrior out of 1000 there is a shaman but out of 1,000,000 there is a goblin king. Now for their respective variants a goblin warrior is a goblin who has innate specialty in close combat swords, daggers, clubs. A goblin shaman is to put it simply a mage they use long range magic spells to attack from the back they are also slightly smarter than the rest of the goblin classes because they need to be able to use magic spells. Now for kings they are by far the rarest i was quite lucky to find one and to be able to study him but going back on track, kings are the most intelligent by far they are the ones to be commanding the ‘troops’ when a goblin king emerges all different goblins congregate together to listen to their kings orders which leads to a small scale war against the other races that causes mass goblin genocide quite sad but i suppose most humans and other races wouldn''t mind but there''s something sad in all of this.
