    "Old woman! How many times, I’ve told you not to give away meals for free!" A fat womanshed at Xu Baozhai. "What do you think we’ve opened? A charity house?"


    Jing Lihua put down her chopsticks. It seemed there would be a nasty person who wanted to spoil her blissful moment every time.


    Xu Baozhai looked embarrassed. "I take notes. If I ever give a free meal, I let you cut the price from my sry"


    "Do you think that would suffice? Due to your activities, our shop bes flooded with penniless sc.u.ms! You are ruining my business, don’t you see? Shoo away that girl right now or else I’ll fire you!"


    Xu Baozhai paled.


    "Alright madam Xia, I’ll not give free meals anymore. But the girl is our customer. We shouldn’t be bad towards her. Or else it will ruin your shop name..."


    "Shut up, you wrench! Do as I said or else pack our stuff and get out of here!"


    "Enough!". Jing Lihua rose with cold expressions.


    Themotion had garnered quite an attention from the people in the shop.


    The fat woman sneered at her. "Mind yournguage girl. You are standing in my shop. Either pay for your soup or get the hell out of here!"


    Jing Lihua frowned.


    "I don’t have money with me right now." She had debit cards, credit cards but not material currency. In fact, beforeing to slums, she never had actually held real currency in her hands. There was no need.


    Everyone in the shopughed. The arrogance with which the girl had spoken, they assumed that she was someone influential. But she didn’t have a penny with her?


    That fat woman also barely controlled herughter. "Sc.u.ms like you have nothing better to do than beg for free meals. If you didn’t have any money with you, why did you came here in the first ce?"


    "I don’t think I need to pay..."


    The woman was so angered that she failed to get the subtle hints.


    "This is NOT a charity house where beggers like you can eat whenever they like!" The guts of that girl! She really wanted to p her hard across her face.


    "Let me finish. I don’t think I need to pay because the shop belongs to me."


    If everyone chuckled before, now they wereughing hard.


    "What are you barking? Did everyone listen to what she said? Haha. The woman is crazy. Haha. Must have escaped from a mental faculty. She thinks that the shop belongs to her! Let me tell you, the shop belongs much more than you have spent in your entire pathetic life! You wretched!"


    Jing Lihua sighed. These brainless people always managed to give her a headache. "Ms. Xia, I expect Mr. Chu must have informed you that he had sold the shop?"


    Suddenly the woman’s eyes widened.


    "Y-You are...?"


    "Yes, I’m Jing Lihua. I’m pleased that you recognized me, finally" Jing Lihua scoffed, not sounding pleased at all. Everyone gasped. J-Jing Lihua? The president of Tiang enterprise? That famous celebrity? Some immediately recognized her from the reality show she volunteered to yesterday.


    "It is indeed her! I recognize her. She is my new idol after that fabulous performance in the piano duet! I’m ashamed. How could I have not recognized her earlier?"

    Xu Baozhai was also surprised. She could tell the elegance with which the girl held her chopstick that she was of noble birth. But she was the famous Jing Lihua, she couldn’t guess!


    "Mr. Chu specially requested me to let you have the shop and I had originally nned so." Jing Lihua said. Of course, she hadn’t nned so! The woman was obnoxious. She remembered her from her previous life. Now everyone in the shop was gawking at her. "But after receiving such a warm wee from your side, I’ve changed my mind."

    All her ns to beg to keep the shop vanished. Terrified, she quickly grabbed her stuff and ran out of the shop like her life depended on it. Once that nauseous woman left, Jing Lihua looked back at the dazed Xu BaoZhai and her warm smile reappeared.


    "Ms. Xu, I’m indeed impressed by your skills. You must be wondering why I bought this shop... The answer is I wanted to open a ce for homeless, orphans and those who can’t afford three times a meal. And, just call it fate, I found you; the right person for this job." Xu Baozhai was dazzled. "So are you willing to work under me? The sry would be 50000 RMB for now"


    50000 RMB? That was twenty-five times more than madam Xia gave her! Xu BaoZhai’s eyes glittered in delight. Today was the best day of her life.


    "Yes," She quickly nodded as if scared she dyed, that wonderful offer will escape from her hands.


    "Good." Jing Lihua smiled. "I’ll call my secretary to send the contract then"


    Jing Lihua originally wanted to stay a little longer and converse with her but people had started gathering. And she didn’t want any trouble. So she had to leave. Maybe another time, she could reconcile with her.
